if a games servers go offline they should remove all the online trophies as well

I still laugh at the fact that the most brutal version of Batman in the Arkham universe is the same guy who voices a hedgehog that really loves speed and chili dogs.

Batman arkham origins deserves a remaster or a remake not just to be forgotten about

@GaeFootballClub 1 year ago

kevin conroy is and will always be batman for many of us but goddamn roger craig smith did such a good job in this game

Fun fact about the Deathstroke fight is you need to hit Y ONLY when absolutely necessary. Basically if you press Y to counter at the right moment, but accidentally tap it again, you lose your chance to counter the next move. You’ll know when to press Y, when it slows down. If it doesn’t slow down then you accidentally hit Y one more time than needed.

I will never get why WB is actively trying to put this game under the desk. This game is beautiful and definetly a worthy member of the Arkham Series

I dub you the new “The Completionist”.

The way the Joker was introduced in this game is my favorite thing in ANY Batman game, show or movie. I’m so serious. Absolute cinema. The psychological portions of the game where you’re going through the mindset of The Joker (Chef Kiss).

The platinum was basically impossible even before they shut down the servers. Some of the multiplayer trophies had such stupid requirements they were basically unobtainable without boosting partners

@DaveBeatsGames 1 year ago

As usual, absolutely cinema Rob. Was awesome to be able to help out and hopefully we can game more in the future!

Also I'm still an absolute Bane MVP.

Nah, Origins freaking slaps. Especially the cutscenes.

The reason a good amount of people were annoyed that the Joker showed up as the main villain in this game because in just about all of the advertising, it was saying that Black Mask and the assassins were the main threat. Yes the Joker was in the game (the Hotel scene was shown) but they thought he was just like a side character this time.

@FrankieJr27 1 year ago

The problem with Joker constantly showing up is you constantly hear "Batman has the best rogues gallery" but yet they always fall back to the Joker. Makes it seem like he only has one good villain and the rest are just placeholders/filler until the Joker comes back.

@leonarddement3432 1 year ago

"Tonight may not be MY end, but it will be THEIRS!" (10 years later and he is still fighting this fight because he chooses not to END them permanently)

@AlanNoMoney 1 year ago

People didn’t like the joker reveal because Black Mask, bane, and deathstroke were heavily advertised to be the big bads and then we just got one fight with deathstroke, black mask non important, and bane was just a joker henchman

@stanzelot 1 year ago

For me personally having the joker in this arkham game as well was not really a deal breaker. However, they could not resist putting him in the trailers and making people aware that he would be in the game while at the same time claiming that the main villain was black mask. it would have been more interesting, not to mention him before release at all and even keeping players in the "dark" in the story for as long as possible, so that the scene in the bank could have made way more impact.

This game's story and aesthetic are easily the best in the series (+ Batman is just so cold in this game)

@mediamanjamessmith251 1 year ago

9:33 The problem wasn’t the inclusion of the Joker, the problem was the false advertising of Black Mask being the main villain, only for, plot twist it’s Joker disguised as Black Mask

@tigerman_326 1 year ago

30:51 Bro raged so hard he needed Batman's mask 💀

@chasewilliams6760 1 year ago

13:15 is what stated it all joker was ready to go he was so obsessed with the fact that batman would save him for what he’s done if we didn’t know fun fact lol
