21 grams is supposedly what the soul weighs

She's above the Grammy

I'm not the least bit religious but La Yugular makes me feel the presence of God

La Yugular is not just a song, it's a mystical experience as you said. Outstanding track in an excellent album, one for the ages. Fantastic vocals, arrangements, production... Jeanne is another fantastic song, just available in the CD / Vinyl album.

Of all the reactions I've seen to Rosalía, this is probably the most sensitive, emotional, intelligent, and profound.

I'm Spanish, and in Spain, criticism multiplies like mushrooms in a forest.
It's always been like this; some criticize her for not clearly positioning herself on a particular ideology or political stance, others for not singing flamenco according to tradition, others for not being a "real" opera singer... Anyway! I could go on forever. They try to use her as a symbol in everything she does. This talented young woman just wants to experiment and learn about all kinds of music, gather all the resources around her, and create music. Because of my age, I've seen the collective behavior towards people who excel at something far too often; history is full of examples. I sincerely ask those destructive critics to leave her alone, to give her space to explore her life, her sexuality, her spirituality, and her music. I value her art very much.
Thank you so much for your wonderful reaction.

One of the best reactions. You have such a sensibility for music and capacity for interpretación both, sounds and the metaphoric lyrics.

I just saw her in Zurich and I cried so so much. I love this album with my entire being. Rosalía has a true gift.

La Yugular made me cry the first time I heard it. Best song on the album.

You need to know that every time you cried during this reaction, I cried too, when I first listened the album and then you made me cry again… I love your reactions because I can see you really understand the lyrics beyond the most of the people, going deep at some songs, and you really feel the music, and even this frase sound mundane capared to what some of us can get to feel when listen to the music and the lyrics. Thank u.

She deserves all the grammys and awards! I’m sobexcited I got tickets to her tour it Will be an experience

A wonderful reaction❤❤❤, I'm 60 years old and this is the album of my life..

The expression of someone being a perla we say it in Spain to express that someone is a mess, someone you can't trust, it's like an irony, what a pearl of a boy.
Rumba is from Spain, a subgenre of flamenco, and particularly there is something called rumba catalana.

Just here to cry at this album in company 😅😭

I'm so impresive that such sensibilities do you have, you can explain the song without meaning os lyrics, you have a gift

Piange Diamante is about two saints in love, and talking about that love and friendship with one another despite the fact that they weren't supposed to be in romantic relationships, and appreciating this gift that God had given them in the intensity and inevitability/unavoidability of their relationship.

this was the best reaction of the album!!! i even found new aspects by hearing your opinions thank you<333 and that bald reviewer needs to see this and question his score.

Best reaction ever. I can't get over how this album makes me feel and I love that you mentioned that the quiet even silent moments are important too. The whole thing overwhelms me.

This album change me...a lot to process, florence's album came out then rosalia with LUX and then charli xcx and bjork next year. This is our era of renaissance. Finally music back to its purpose as a reflection and art, not just money maker machine.
Can't wait for this reaction❤
