Influencers don’t dress for real life, they dress for the algorithm 😂

It's so obvious none of the outfits are for corporate work because those offices are FREEEZZZIIINGGGG. No matter how cute my outfit, I always have to put on layers.

Maybe I sound crazy but authentic office siren doesn’t even look like this. Like I imagined sharper uniforms, long sleek pencil skirts and tailored shirts to support the curves. Like I was thinking bayonetta levels of sharp chic—not totally revealing but aimed at embracing the form.

I have a co-worker who doesn't do social media but heard about the Office Siren trend. She kept the same clothes she always wore but just changed her accessories to be more ocean themed, like shell shaped earrings and stuff like that. One of our co-workers had to tell her the real meaning after we asked why she was wearing so much ocean themed stuff lately and she was mortified over the real trend. She still wears her ocean themed jewelry, but has said she would only save it for the summer time.

Edit: Glad you all love my co-worker! I asked her this at lunch today and this is how to be the Office Mermaid, according to my co-worker with assistance from her grandkids: Wear mostly green or blue tops or patterns/colors that remind you of tropical fish with a blue blazer, wear ocean themed jewelry or pearls often, paint your nails with pearl nail polish or accent whatever color you normally use with polka dots of metallic or pearl colors, and use perfume or body spray that is ocean scented. For make-up wear shimmer/glitter eye shadow with your regular mascara and use lip gloss instead of lipstick for a glassy finish.

If your work bestie is encouraging you to do “office siren”…she’s after your job. 😂

Some of these are not even office siren theyre straight up club fits with "office siren" slapped on them💀💀💀

I'm the daughter of a boss and I have seen A LOT of examples like these in real life. Fun fact, they never get the job. And to be honest, most outfits could be "fixed" really easy for the working environment if they just wore stockings, a bit longer skirts and a dark fitting shirt under their clothes to cover the clevage.

This isn’t The Devil wears Prada. Where girls compete to look good. You go to work not look good picking up pencils. ✏️

"I was only getting paid 200k a year so I didn't think they would care so much."  Girl, life is about to mess you up

Some of these outfits are just straight up tacky 😭

I think her comment about the low-cut top shows she knows it was inappropriate for the office, and the fact that she was recording shows she, in fact, is looking for attention.

Almost all of these outfits are millennial club wear in the early 00s. I was there, gandalf....

"Begging attention" is exactly what she's doing. She's live streaming a meeting with HR for crying out loud!

3:47 unironcally doing the bend and snap I'm deceased.

The gall of that woman to tell her boss that she’s jealous. I literally gasped and immediately wanted to be the fly on that wall

its funny how the "im an individual how dare my boss/HR/employer tell me what to wear" people don't get mad when influencers tell them what to wear

"I'm wearing a blazer"
It looks like a bathrobe...

it's giving "im not here to work im here to find a rich husband to cheat with me"

Are we also forgetting that male employees have to follow a dresscode as well? They can not come in wearing shorts and a tanktop either. Yes, women definitely get more criticism for how they look, no matter the environment, but dresscodes are not just issued to women only.

9:39 this woman is English which means she likely wore a school uniform for at least 5 years of her life. She 100% knows what’s work appropriate
