So we have:
1. Tian Ying = MC of Qinghe
2. Zhu Yu = MC of Kaifeng
3. Who's next

The fact that you provided real life historical context for the lore and can pronounce the names correctly makes you my favorite wwm lore content creator.

It’s a crime that WWM is so poorly translated. I hope they get a real localization team so us global players can truly appreciate the beautiful story. You do a wonderful job explaining it! Thank you ❤ it’s been so fun seeing content from CN players helping us enjoy the game better!

When I 1st got to the fish dungeon, I was scared for my life and thought I was in for a nightmare fight. But when I approached the fish and it didn't attack me, I was confused. Like, why isn't it flapping around to hit me or trying to bite me? Then I started hitting it, and it still didn't fight back. So I thought "oh, it must be glitched. Ok, free dub. We take those." But while I was hitting it, I noticed from each hit, its eyes slowly closed, and RIGHT THERE is when it hit me. I wasn't fighting a fearsome boss monster. I was mercy killing a poor being that lost its will to live. The realization tore my heart to shreds and shook me deep in my soul. I was like "no, I don't want to do this." But by then it was too late. I had to finish what was started. And so I did. But man, did I feel like crap afterwards. My expectations were surely subverted. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.

THIS CHANNEL IS A DIAMOND

...I didn't expect to find Wolf Maiden origin story from river master lore video...

Our player character (young master) isn't even the protagonist to the larger events happening in the jiangu

Zhu Yu might just be the goat of Kaifeng

Yeah ain't no way i was gonna understand all this just from playing the game, only CN players will understand since its their history and culture.

Honestly, the English translation is so ass. Watching youtube videos in order to understand the lore is a really bad way to learn, but I appreciate what ya'll lore masters here do. Thank you.

zhu yu is an absolute badass. every time i thought her contribution and efforts were done, you explained ANOTHER amazing thing she accomplished or helped work on. shes incredible. tbh when we did the dream puppet quest in mistveil forest, i was really bummed we only got to see her ghost and didnt get to meet her. she was so cool i was really hoping that somehow we'd still be able to talk to her for even a little bit. but even the ghost was like a recording as a final memory for anyone trying to complete what she started. wasnt actually cognizant or anything. still, her legacy lives on! (i also super appreciated she tried to end the dragon kings horrible endless cycle of life and death. i hated having to kill the big fish even though i knew what we were doing was more merciful than leaving it. but god so unfair it was even put in that position. and then feng yi immediately whipped out another one. ughhhhhh.)

I specifically love your videos because you're including the real life history counterpart. Which for me, is very important because it's the soul of the world in-game. I always find it so awesome how they included all this history inside a game. I super appreciate your content, it's becoming my go-to channel after finishing a major quest line haha. Keep it going, Girl!

That was so amazing! I got bits and pieces of it throughout the journey but never saw the big picture until the Shimmer somewhat tied it together. You made it crystal clear and much more expansive. Thanks!

🤯
Thank you for putting this gorgeous and enlightening clip together, you are my WWM Lore Master!
We appreciate you very much:hands-yellow-heart-red:

Thank you for filling up so many gaps in lore that I couldn't piece together and didn't understand the connection. Well done, great effort! Here's a sub.

Feng Yi in his river master fit is high key hot

Blessings to all gold leaf warriors. Little Ran Zheng stole my heart

This channel is a pure treasure

Awesome lore explanation! I love how you use real world geographical reference since it's supposed to be a game with historical bits. Well done, you need more exposure!!

I think "random kid" theory has quite big hole to it. If persuit after Uncle Jiang in prologue was only after that jade, then why didn't he just dropped the kid on his friend and took the danger away from them with the item? He didn't do that, which implies the kid was also one of the targets
