Maybe the golden peach were the friends we made along the way

Hexi is like a prequel to the main story

You can think of it this way: the Golden Peach is not just an object. Over the past two hundred years, it has been passed down through different dynasties, among people of different faiths, different social classes, and even opposing camps — yet every single one of them, including the one who betrayed his own nephew, kept it safe. That is not because the peach itself has magic or divine power. Rather, the peach has become the embodiment of a shared spirit — the spirit of perseverance, of honoring a legacy greater than oneself. This spirit is what they all held in common, even when their loyalties and beliefs clashed. So when you say it feels like divine intervention — in a way, you are right. That 'divinity' is the human conviction to protect something sacred, generation after generation.

Thank you this so much helpful for those who's can't spend time to read 😩

ok, so... I'm gonna die at the end too? Everyone  who carried the golden peach ended up dying. Maybe that is why uncle Jiang took it away from us, to protect us from those who seek the golden peach ?

Everytime I watch your videos, i feel like I'm watching a movie. Without these videos, I'd be lost. I'm really grateful 😄

I am weak for stories about people dedicating themselves completely to task they will never see fulfilled. Most of them probably never fully understood what was going on yet they gave their lives for a cause. I wonder if we will be next. I wonder who the third Harmonizer is, if they even exist yet, now knowing that you can obtain (and lose) the ability

WWM Girl has became the golden goose 😳

I don't usually comment anywhere, but I have to for this one. Thank you so much for all of your effort to explain all the lores as easy as possible for us viewers! I played the game blindly, and it is my first experience in actual gaming with roles (tank, healer, etc). Most of the time, I missed a lot of details because I can't remember everyone's names with their different modifiers and to connect things easily. Being outside of Chinese cultures also didn't help in any way. But your videos help me a lot, because the story is the main reason on why I played this game. I find it very intriguing on how historical events can be portrayed in a game like this with such deep meanings that can't be interpreted just by the eyes. Your videos become something that I anticipate now, hope you have a great time doing this as well ❤

Amazing work! This video ties up everything, I wish everyone could understand the story like this so they could fully appreciate Hexi and not had given up because of the other content. Thanks again!

It always made me smile after each video explaining the pieces of puzzle that you might miss from the game....its like an "Ah....." moment.

The Hexi chapter made for a quite good drama....

I would be a deer in the headlights without your videos thanks you so much

If only I knew the story behind the quest, I would have played it in tears.

ahh okay. when i saw the secret ending after all the hexi dark surge fragments were obtained, i was confused who was the guy taking the golden peach from guo xin and then handing it off to zhang yichao, the guy in between them. but its lan he. and turns out hes the guy we become in the lion tomb quest who comes up with a whole new identity when faking his permit. plus has the flute. allll makes sense. this cleared up a lot! (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)

also i guess uncle jiang came back to grab the golden peach from us before vanishing for real because he needed/wanted to separate the golden peach from MC. imagine if MC had been carrying the golden peach this whole time. AND didnt know it. with everybody STILL chasing the golden peach like mad, legit everyone would be on MCs ass like no tomorrow. endlessly. at least separated from it gives MC the chance to have some sort of life and not on the run at that. (or from a colder dispassionate point-of-view, separate the golden peach from the harmonizer so theres a better chance for the good of the world to succeed. separate the bullets from the gun. so at least someone finding one hasnt actually found both already.) meanwhile i assume the reason uncle jiang has been radio silent and still MIA is because hes constantly on the run since he holds the golden peach. same as the other people we've seen in the relay, he protects it by holding onto it away from everyone else. but he has to keep moving so someone bad doesnt get a hold of it and uses it for ill gain. (⚆_⚆)

some other comments have mentioned that uncle jiang is a harmonizer, too, and i think so, too. after all he definitely knows about it by mentioning it in some of the documents he left for MC (like your other video talks about). not to mention how did he know to protect not only the golden peach but also MC, too. he found a random baby on the battlefield and then proceeded to sacrifice 13 years of his life to raise a kid that isnt his own from infancy to teen. thats not a small commitment. he could have grabbed the golden peach and then given the baby to someone to adopt so itd have a safe, happy life while he continues on his own way to protect the golden peach, alone. but itd make a lot of sense if uncle jiang could sense MC was a harmonizer too and therefore knew how important it was MC grew up and used the harmonizer abilities in the world later, so he raised MC himself. i think the shimmer of south could be a harmonizer, too (other comments mentioned this as well), cause he did drag MC to that ethereal dream world in the shimmer of south campaign. all very fantastical and not real, same as bai chuyus doing when bringing us to hexi. feel like its not a stretch to say its the same sort of thing.

im trying to think who the third harmonizer is and im just not sure. perhaps it IS uncle jiang? doesnt necessarily have to be someone younger than MC. or perhaps its another sibling that we dont know about yet, same as bai chuyu was until now? or just perhaps someone we havent met at all yet so we're not going to know? hard to say. ( •̀ - • )

I am quite amazed how the golden peach had never fallen to ill intentioned hands for centuries... could it be that the peach did some kind of influence? it did end in the nobles hands but was retrieved back. even the one who betrayed the nephew still kept it safe. if that isn't some kinda divine intervention I don't know what is.

Just completed all the Hexi dark surges last night. Going from confused through all of Hexi to finally understand how epic this story is after watching this video is why I keep playing this game.

Hexi is the best story that's come out of WWM yet, every single quest locks into another and I'm so so so excited to replay it all on my alt once I've finished 100%-ing the maps on main.

what HE WAS PALM STRIKE SAGE?!!! I didn't realize at all!! Your video is excellent, for catch up and understanding!

This changes everything we 4hought that Hexie chapter is detached from the MC storyline... Its actually the precursor events that happened before the MC story even began ❤
