Blood of Dawnwalker gave me 30 days to save my family... so naturally I decided to platinum it.
Set in 14th-century Europe, Blood of Dawnwalker is a dark fantasy RPG where time itself is one of your most valuable resources. Quests take time, developing new abilities takes time, and even looting certain chests can push the clock forward — which makes trying to do absolutely everything a slightly stressful experience.
But beneath a time mechanic seemingly designed to torment completionists is a phenomenal RPG. The world is dark and atmospheric, the vampire abilities are ridiculously fun, the quests constantly surprised me, and by the end Coen had transformed from a pantsless man getting mauled by bears into an unstoppable vampiric killing machine.
In this video I earn every Blood of Dawnwalker trophy on PS5, completing the game on Duelist difficulty, reaching level 50, hunting down Brencis's vampire lieutenants, completing every major questline, seeing all six endings, and desperately trying to squeeze everything I need into those 30 days.

The game looks awesome! Though yeah I think I’d hate the time moving with skill points thing, just feels too limiting…. I do really like what they have gone for though, it might not be totally my thing but it’s very cool to see a game with a very clear vision for both theme and gameplay and seeing some devs who have made what they want and don’t care if some nerds on the internet don’t like it haha
