On your point about combat and enemy health, playing on Duelist kind of resolves this. Enemies hit harder but so do you. So you can kill them in a few hits but it removes the block direction indicator. Its tricky but satisfying. Only a handful of enemies have bullshit attacks that are hard to read but once it clicks it's great.

I really like how many alternate paths there are too! Like in the Uriash test where they throw rocks instead if you actually befriended an Uriash character Ocha in a questline in the city she will tell everybody in the Uriash how nice you are so you bypass the rock test entirely because her mom is the chief. Even random encounters with Uriash all become friendly if you mention Ocha's name too and they'll say oh yeah Ocha is friends with this human he's cool.

It's funny what happens when you make a game that people want to consume, instead of what they think you should consume. Developers have forgotten that these are products, and it's their job to create something that we'd want to play & spend money on. Loving Dawnwalker, long may it reign.

This game is simply phenomenal and the fact we are getting sequels and the save transfers is so fucking amazing. This is what a RPG is, not that stupid bullshit Bethesda tries to do. Consequence, impact, multiple endings, great roleplaying, fantastic characters, a mature story and world. I love it, and being a vampire is so fucking cool and the gameplay mechanics are badass. The time mechanic is also so cool, its unique and adds to the immersion of the world. You cant do 100% of everything in one playthrough, which is critical for RPGs. You should never be able to do everything in one playthrough, it makes the roleplay and choice redundant (you hear that Todd and Emil?!)

Protagonist have unique eyes that shine at night.
Uses a Silver sword.
Drinks weird liquids to be more powerful.
Has witchcraft powers.
Witch as a love interest.
Is a wolf but black instead of a figurative white wolf.

Love your videos 💚♥️

I wouldn't call this game triple A, it's more like a double A, which is even more impressing (40 million budget and 160 employess by the end including HR and finances)

OK I've heard enough!
I'm buying this gem!
(and it goes to my back log)
Thanks Ziti!

Poland is in central Europe, not west.

I think you can "pass time" at a waypoint, I don't see why anyone would do it tho xD

this game costs more than a AAA game in my country...

Lacra is my favorite character her voice performance makes her so interesting to listen to

It's a great game

It`s a AA, not a AAA game.

Embarrass? So low is the level of AAA that Dawnwalker embarrasses them? With their shitty characters (I'm looking at you, CRAKE), the damage sponges, and HOME SWEET FUCKING HOME?

10:07 I think duelist difficulty slightly helps with that. I've seen a couple fake outs that opponent do. Like start their attack from above then switch to right attack. But it's also relatively few variations

25:13 Actually that's the reason I think I had poison effect on me for 9 turns by accident. I miss clicked and tried to bite Ambrus during our fight. Which is kinda strange cause it never works on vampires but I still got that effect on me...

10:34 while I agree that quite a few enemies do look spongie. They still didn't feel that it takes that long to beat. Only issue I had with enemies were. When I run into random skeleton looking group while exploring by accident. And then for no reason 2 or 3 wolf packs join the fight... That part did annoy me, and took way too long.

9:09 actually not always the case. While your claws scale with you and I have equipment that buffs damage. My current sword still does a bit higher damage than the claws (fully reforged mihai's sword). Just didn't pay attention if it was to all enemies or just specific ones like mortal, animal or unnatural.

6:23 That's such a non issue after first playthrough. Finishing on challenging difficulty and going against enemies that pretty much 1shot you. Got me into having a habit of hrlealing myself to a point I never get this. And I wanted to experience that in my 2nd playthrough. To a point I just do it by myself on characters that "annoy" me in dialog. Plus I also wanted to get ultimate from vampire skill tree. And I need to reach 15.
