Too bad there was no 'best animation' award, Honse would have smashed that.

Spinny-Roly 64 dev here! Thanks for showcasing my game! It was a blast to be a part of the jam and I met a bunch of cool people during it. I am currently turning it into a full steam game as well :D

Creator of HONSE! 64 , the honse fan game , so happy and glad you put the game(the main menu of it) in the video !! Me and my brother and my parents were so excited when we saw my creation, even if it wasn't my jam submission, thx a lot Juniper

2:40 I work in upper arm prosthetics, and a game with only one button to play that can be any button has a lot of potential for accessible play. I'm very impressed by that one, I hope more game designers are inspired by these kind of limits because they can actually be more inclusive. :)

Hey yall, the guy that made the album cover here! Just wanted to say thank you, Juniper, not only for showcasing it but also for hosting such a glorious jam, and thank YOU all of the participants- no, all of our JAMILY, for making this the best game jam I have ever taken part in. I loved seeing so many great games get highlighted, my heart was POUNDING lol. The collabs also got me tearing up a bit... LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

5:07 that metagame should genuinely be a staple for your jams going forward. It could work like a little poster for everyone who participated to commemorate it

The game I did the art for didn’t do the best in the jam but me and developer decided to move forward in making our little game (witch wash) into a full blown narrative incremental game. Thanks Juniper Dev for giving me the confidence to go for it!

When Honse's brother refused to fight back in the final joust, I was truly moved like no game before.

Hey everyone, dev of "Serious Business" here. I am so grateful I got to be apart of this jam. I started making small games because of Juniper dev, so to be apart of her first game jam is like a bunch of dreams coming full circle. Thank you Juniper dev and everyone else for making this such an awesome experience.

Dev of The Toy Testing Initiative here! Despite my quite average rating, I thank you for hosting the Jam! It got me to finish something, although not the finished experience I might have wanted, but I plan to flesh it out a bit and see where it goes. It was a very valuable experience for me :D

Honse mentioned, Spinny-Roly 64 mentioned, yes, Duck Ronin is not mentioned in video, but I'm glad those two got in, they truly shifted my perspective as a gamedev, I picked up 3d!

Pinwheel Playground dev here. Our game is shown at 1:07, we must've singlehandedly doubled the amount of pinwheels she's seen during this jam :p We managed to come first in the overall category, which was very surprising to say the least! Unfortunately we didn't interact with the jam discord that much because we were occupied with work and/or the jam itself, so we missed out on stuff like the meta game and honse :( Death Spiral was pretty fun, replayed it a couple times, and the game jam as a whole was an amazing experience, got to work with some super cool and talented people! Thanks for everything Juniper. Take care, and don't forget to take it serious.
