An important character in the book has been left out of the movie, Harvey Preston of the British Frei Korps

Haven't seen this one for 30 years or more. I'd forgotton how quickly folks back then fell in love lol. Does Colonel Pitts remind anyone of Sobel in Band of Brothers? Well the portayed Sobel, not the real life one 😆😆

There should be a new version of the eagle has landed film: (1). The Germans use Arado 234C jet bombers with Henschel wire guided missiles and they Total Winston Churchill's Chartwell house and Winnie is charcoaled and no ground troops are needed. (2). Winston Churchill's 1931 taxi accident in New York - the cab driver reverses back over Winston Churchill to make certain he's done a proper job but he also drives over Andrew Roberts too in some time travel for the good for the better world.

It would be interesting to see the tide go out, on the River Thames upstream of Reading 😁😂🤣

Being as the village scenes were filmed in Mapledurham and all the shooting inside the church was performed in a replica church in a marquee; the production team did a very good job..!! 😎👍
