can we start pairing up journalists and influencers at red carpet events to do the interviews like elementary school style

Its so romantic we are all watching this together.

The t-shirt is DIABOLICAL

what i find annoying about his comment is that nothing can be serious anymore. it’s so much of the reason that everyone is so out of touch with world views, so desensitized, so careless. ‘it’s not that deep’ oh it never is to you! i just think if someone gets the job they should MAYBE do a little more research  and have a bit more of a thoughtful comment than ‘the disabled daughter who needs another person to help her live is annoying’. maybe i’m just also mad bc i’m disabled and po-d but

all jokes aside ben speaks in such an articulate way i genuinely feel smarter watching his podcast

im ready for my feathers to be so ruffled rigt now

I feel like they need to hire interviewers who know how to ask questions rather than “this guy is popular so we’ll send him to ask questions!!” Cause stuff like this happens

Ben freezing up in the interview is so real 😭

I definitely understand the need to bridge social media and television/movies but where they've gone wrong is by using random influencers instead of actually using influencers with journalistic capabilities or platforming lesser known influencers with a background in journalism

Trust me, there is a market for influencers in journalism and there are journalists with a platform on social media

0:25 okay zara larsson!

If quen is one of the said influencers she’s way more then an influencer and definitely deserved to be there

I’ve been noticing how some influencers are lacking empathy when it comes to circumstances in film. Like how can you not understand the difficulties of disabled people even if it’s just to a certain extent. It’s literally modern times now so people CAN get educated more easily with doing their own research. Asking AI is not considered “research”.

Print media was declared dead decades ago. And, yet, I still work full-time in print media and have been working in it for more than 20 years :) We're seeing a growing interest in print media (magazines) as people enjoy analogue consumption more and more. And thank god because magazines are awesome.

Timothy Chalamet says "no one cares about ballet or opera" and people that never cared for ballet or opera goes "HOW DARE YOU!!😭😭😭"

25:53 Actually all the costumes in avatar are in fact made by hand!!! they have to make them first so that they can perfectly motion capture them onto the characters :) in my opinion they did deserve best costume design (I MEAN THE CHEIF WIND TRADERS CLOAK GUYS)

Not the cockroaches getting freaky 😭😭

was expecting to agree, but had to disagree with a lot 😭

Studying? me!? no way im watching benoftheweek..😋

as someone under the age of 15 (yes i know im very young) this year my goal is to get off social media and indulge in media. so far i’ve gotten completely off tiktok (which is the only app i scroll on), i’ve watched two movies, two show series, and read three books. im also teaching myself two instruments so thats where most of my time goes. it’s a very odd thing to be a very media literate young person, because i’m so aware of the world around me while everyone else my age has crippling dopamine addictions and can’t spell because they use chatgpt to do everything. it’s quite awful watching your generation lead the death of media and intellectualism.
