When Penn State went to the Cotton Bowl in the late 40s, they were told their 3 black  players couldn't stay in the hotel they had planned. The team got together and said, " NO, We all stay together or we don't go...WE ARE Penn State.   We need that same spirit...WE ARE THE UNITED STATES, and we will not be divided  by the racist Felon 47 or anyone else.

Hello from Slovenia, a neighbouring country of Italy. Vance was most definetly booed on the stadium, we could hear it on tv and our comentator pointed it out too. There was a lot of whisteling too. As I understand whisteling is percieved positive in the USA, but here in Europe is to emphasise the booing, because it can be louder. It's a big part of booing culture on sport games. You two are wonderful to listen to and give a great understanding on the current politics. Keep the great work and never give up!

2 uplighting things today: Coast guard video and the fact that the American athletes were cheered, but Vance booed.  Hoping that people around the world can see daylight between Americans an this government.

Joanne and Heather are national treasures.

Heather needs to start another channel called "Rabbit Holes"

Sending love from Germany! ❤ If only even half your congresspeople could be as educated, intelligent, witty and humane as you two are 😢

The energy when you guys are together is contagious. Thanks for being a light in the world!

Reel of National Guard in Mpls handing out coffee, hot chocolate, donuts to protesters. When asked they said they were there to support protesters

Remember, in Italy, whistling is a sign of strong DISapproval not cheering.

I'd say we're more pissed off than afraid at this point. F these billionaires!!

"The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history."  Thank you for not only giving us our own history but also for giving us understanding.

Looking back...I realize how much of REAL history was never taught...and I wasn't mature enough then to question it. Battles. Wars. Dates. "Important" people only." I wanted to know...how did the "regular people" interact with/influence the dynamics of the moment....the things I learn late in life never ceased to delight and amaze me.

OMG I just spit out my tea when HCR said she had to go clean her bathroom - raise your hand if you're watching this so you could put off cleaning your own, for just a bit longer. Love these two together!

I learn much from you guys. Love to you from this Canadian. I have faith in the good people of  America. You will get through this. I do think your Supreme Court got hijacked by corporate interests and therefore has become compromised. Your legal system has become compromised. I do think you will get through this. Here in Canada we’re not confused about who our friends are. We know you - the people of the US are our friends, even when your president is not. And we are your friends 💚

After recent remarks by my Representative Mike Johnson, who apparently believes he knows more about Theology than Pope Leo, I was again reminded that the Christian Nationalist Movement are like the Old Testament Pharisees choosing Legalism over Compassion.

Greg Bovino got kicked out of Bottlled Blonde in Las Vegas this week. No vino for Bovino!

Let’s not forget what is happening now with the Trump administration. White supremacy and removing black history.

Thank goodness our great Coasties are ready to protect us from falling prey to any dangerous iceholes.

The natural friendship, laughter, and connection between you two makes the information so easier to digest.
