I think something neat about P06 is that the stage layouts are virtually unchanged. 06 already had good level design, the problem is that the game just refused to do anything else right.

saw the title and immediately knew, Project 06 is such a genuine testament to what a community and fan base can do, this is so much fun to play and I'm on batted breath for what comes next with this fan game

20:27 "it's unreal!"
No, it's unity. Easy mistake to make, though.

I love how Alpharad didn’t even notice the handling changes, because they’re so intuitive. Stuff like being able to take hits in the glider, the hovercraft aggressively refusing to flip over, Silver moving faster by default…

Aw man! Now how am I supposed to beat Sonic Adventure 2 while Sonic 06 loads now??? Day ruined

The fact that some of these hardcore, talented fans are remaking what's considered to be the worst Sonic game in the entire franchise and rewriting history really goes out to show how much potential the game had.

In my heart of hearts I want SEGA to license this project, polish it up even more, and release it in two years as "Sonic 2026"

IT's so funny. I was introduced to Blaze in Sonic Rush, where it wa pitched that she was basically a warrior princess from a war world. But that game has her almost equal to sonic, but slower overall, despite her years of experience.

Then this MOD comes out and shows us that no, Blaze is a 1 woman wrecking crew and Eggman Nega is lucky to be alive (and must be a menace to be alive)

Blaze fought Sonic to a standstill in Rush and I feel like this remake pays the proper amount of attention to that fact.

This only reinforces the idea that someone on the original design team REALLY cared about Blaze the Cat

Blaze was already the best controlling character in 06, it makes sense that she'd be fantastic to play as in P06.

Gotta love how chill Sonic Team (and Sega) is with projects like this. Can't imagine the number of lawsuits they'd have on them if this was a Nintendo game.

I remember playing the original Sonic 06 demo in an EB Games as a kid and thinking about how amazing it was.  Years went by thinking that I played a masterpiece of a Sonic game and being jealous I never had an Xbox to play it.

When I finally had the money in high school for a console and went looking for games to start playing, I learned the truth.

So, this is fabled Tilted Towers

Can't wait for JonTron and Egoraptor to play this!

Quick, someone tell Lythero that he needs to do another Silver Campaign!

One of my favorite things to watch is Alpharad being able to enjoy the cool hedgehog games. Between project 06 and Shadow Generations, we are witnessing PEAK in the sonic community

ChaosX is a blessing among the community for this

45:07 Mate, both Shadow and Silver have forms too🫡

Don't know if you know this but Shadow & Silver have their own Super Form equivalent upgrades (by S-ranking their stages), and Silver has some upgrades that give him new moves.
