Have you ever seen this version of NFS Most Wanted?

Bro: "This version is more expensive and harder to find"
Pirates:💀

This was really ahead of it's time, it's basically the "digital deluxe" of today's games, you pay more for content that IS already in the disc but locked in the normal version.

that $450 sticker on the game almost made me pass out

Mfw i only know about the black edition but NOt the original is because of the piracy here 😐

The Black Edition challenge is extremely easy if you do it this way. The second the game gives you control of the Camaro, use Speedbreaker to IMMEDIATELY do a 180, drive into the stadium, use one of the pursuit breakers and watch as you complete that challenge in about 45 seconds to a min

Maybe I'm missing something, but what is the point of having extra cars if you can't use them in the career??
Doesn't seem worth it at all

The Supra is indeed in the base version as Vic has one and you can acquire his. Or just buy one from the shop in free roam

i still have my copy of both nfsmw and nfsmwbe. It really is just the 2000s version of “Standard vs Digital Deluxe” only it’s a physical deluxe lol

Yeah, I did. I bought mine at a GameStop close to where I live (don’t ask how I bought it.) The guy said that he had one copy. I was thinking it was a normal game, but when he brought it out, it was actually a black edition or BE, as everyone will soon call it, the PC version had at least six CDs and a black edition DVD with behind-the-scenes stuff, a CGI of a pursuit, and many other things.

I played this game in my laptop now I don't have it.but one word i wanna say that if you didn't played this game go and play it immediately it will be worth it.

BROOO WAIT WAIT WAIT... I JUST REALISED, THAT THE GAME I PLAYED MY ENTRIE CHILDHOOD, WAS ACTUALLY THE BLACK EDITION ONE AND NOT THE ORIGINAL ONE???😭😭😭 BRUHHHHHH ITS BEEN LIKE 15 YEARS AND I JUST FOUND THIS OUT FROM THIS VIDEO😭😭. also it cost me like 50 cents to get that game

I remember having the normal version and black version funny enough my grandfather and grandmother gave me each one because I wanted this game so bad as a kid.

I still have the PS2 Black Edition. I found it when I went on a road trip to California many years back. I have it put away somewhere in a box with my PS2.

it also smooths out some of the walls and corners in the world too. and fixes car handling issue as well for certain cars. black edition wasn't so much the game plus dlc. but a title update adding new content and fixing some bugs and other quality of life issues. like how games like monster hunter will just give you new monsters while fixing a broken monster fights or making a monster fight harder.

There's also a Need For Speed Carbon Collector's Edicion also for the PS2 if you want to check it out.

I actually never played normal version cuz all torrents had only Black Edition copy XDDDD

Yes it is! I nearly failed my senior year of high school because I was so addicted to this game lmao

I remember buying a copy of NFS Most Wanted Black Edition when I was a kid from a garage sale. I remember using all the money I had to buy it, I loaded it in my old computer, spent hours installing the game and pouring over the manual to learn everything about the game. Then I put in the code in the box only to find out the person who sold it had already used the code. Just this year I finally started the game I got taken from me as a kid. It brings back all the nostalgia and in some ways I'm glad my experience allowed me to enjoy it as an adult.

Need For Speed was which really built my childhood. It defined my persona, defined my craze, defined me...

I still remember the day my father had bought me a 250$ Celeron 128 MB RAM PC with no Graphics Card on board. I used to tweek here and there (kept installing newer DirectX versions thinking it would somehow increase my graphics capability lol 😂). The very first PC game that my father installed and also played with me is the "NFS-II". I still remember those split screen days as they flash before my eyes.. those endless afternoons and evenings playing NFS II, waiting for my father to come home - at which point I'd run away shutting down the PC and sit on the reading table, pretend like I was doing homework all along and used to beg my mother not to tell on me😂...

Then when I gradually grew up, I kept on playing the NFS games one by one.. at some point I even started saving pocket money to buy another stick of 128 MB RAM just to boost up things a bit..

NFS HP 2, NFS Porsche Unleashed, NFS U1 & U2, and finally came NFS MW. Most Wanted was not just a game. It was an aura. It was a hype. No matter where you stayed in the world... If you and your friends were from that era.. you'd know what I'm talking about... We used to spend hours even after gaming, in school, in playgrounds... Talking about the performance, visuals of our garage cars.. which we built on the way up the blacklist... We used to bet on bounties... We showed off from our "Challenges" list...

It was just a whole different dimension of our lives.

I really hope that @ElectronicArts does something in future.. develop some kinda game so that we can say with our proud hearts that NFS didn't die yet. That most wanted blood still runs through our veins. NFS MW will keep living on. Forever... #NFSMWForever.
