The World Of Light intro has become an iconic part of Smash Ultimate, so much so that I recently did a tier list ranking every single escape attempt featured in it (see that here: Ranking EVERY World Of Light Escape Attemp.... This got me thinking though: if we saw EVERY character in that intro, how would they all try and escape Galeem? Today let's dive in and figure it out!

6:33 I’d like to imagine Wario, who got a head start, looked over his shoulder to see Falcon get beamed and started pointing and laughing at his expense. Only to then get beamed himself mid-laughter

I like the idea of King Dedede successfully inhaling one of the beams, but then it starts vaporizing him from the inside out, and he's just left with this face of "Whoops! Shouldn't have done that!" before going.

I like the idea that Steve just sits there because he's trying to use /kill but doesn't know Galeem's name.

I think it'd be funnier if Wario laughed as he's about to get away on his bike only for the beam to cut him off mid laugh

1:40 I actually have an inversion in mind for Mario & Yoshi; seeing they're about to get hit by the beams, Yoshi suddenly bucks Mario up and away in a last ditch attempt to save his friend

I'd love it if instead of vaporizing the entire Nether Portal, it just disintegrated the purple parts and left the obsidian outline, making the glass shatter sound from the game.

I think it'd be funny if right when Galeem is about to unleash his beams, the camera focuses on Sephiroth about to take Galeem out from behind, only for him to get vaporized by the beams at point blank and then the scene transitions to the beams vaporizing the rest of the cast.

what should happen for incineroar is that he actually manages to use revenge on the beam,but proceeds to showbode for so long that another beam just wipes him out after

I like how you didn't mention Sephiroth, because he just straight up kills Galeem in his trailer 😂 no failed escape attempt needed

I like how canonically, Sephiroth cut Galeem in his introduction trailer, so there's just an alternate universe where the Smash characters have to deal with Safer Sephiroth instead.

I think Incineroar could try to protect Pichu or any other kid character by using revenge since in Sun and Moon, the Pokédex mentions him being surprisingly good with children
