Jess. You must have been British in an earlier life. You get our humour so well.

That’s literally a Brit wedding described to a T 😂

His depiction of the ‘UK wedding DJ’ is perfect. It’s so well observed

8:15 "Garlic bread" and "Cheese cake" are references to very well established, well worn, but fan favourite, Peter Kay bits, about a dad who is incredulous and disgusted that they've mixed garlic and bread, or cheese and cake. Peter often refers back to his old routines like this.

Jess you really get British humour with your infectious laugh.

Correct he is so right… he’s one of the worlds greatest observational comedians ever to exist

Peter Kay attending the grand national horse race being interviewed by the BBC as the Jockeys walkpast. "its like the borrowers are here"

Jess is British, I am convinced. She gets british humour fully. She has to explain what's going on to everyone whats going going on.

The best wedding joke I've heard from Peter Kay was "In my 20's whenever I went to a family wedding, I would always get the aunties and nan pointing at the bride and groom telling me you're next and asking when I'm getting married. I got my own back when I went to a funeral and pointed at the coffin and told them you're next."

Mike & Jess, you will never go to a wedding again without thinking of Peter Kay.

a typical British wedding lol

Did you hear about the two aerials that got married, the wedding was crap but the reception was brilliant 😂😂

"What kind of wedding is this?"

Thats every council estate wedding in Britain 😂

I love your reaction to this. Also vol-au-vents are small bite-sized pastries with a fancy topping. Very 1970s social-climbing Britain, but still exist as a wedding tradition today. My mum used to serve to serve them to guests at our house to try and make out we were somehow "posh".
