Imagine missing out on this episode because you listened to everyone saying it's not worth watching after season 6. Glad you're seeing it through!

Paul Young, who plays Shug, is a renowned fly fisherman and TV presenter on fishing. Very apt for him to be reeling in the drink

Morning everyone, I went fly fishing, and caught a wasp! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✌️

One year we found our hidden Christmas presents, we played with them then put them back, on Christmas day we received different presents, our parents had switched presents with the neighbours, looking after each other's.

Fantastic episode! You always have to suspend reality with things like why didn't Boabby notice the sawdust from the massive hole etc but what a brilliant half hour that was. I'm already excited for next Tuesday! Oh and Sunday too for Only Fools. Cheers guys!

In Britain, fly fishing is for trout or maybe salmon. There's very little danger of being stood waist deep in the Tweed or Spey, and suddenly being cleaved in half by a Great White. And as Al Murray said, hordes of squirrels aren't going to hunt you down in packs from the riverbank. On the whole we have some pretty gentle rivers in Britain to go fly fishing in.

This is one of my favourite episodes, maybe my top one of the later seasons too.

Seen this episode once or twice before. Even though... watching this again... that moment Boabby gets smacked in the face with the malt... I lost a mouthful of beer 😂

This is one of my favourite episodes and couldn't be at any better of a time for me, thank you both for seeing this out. I know you will both love it till the end.

You guys are fantastic. I love your reactions. I’m Scottish so still game and Only fools ❤. I watch a lot of “Americans react” I love off you. But you are my you both are my total favourites. You are genuine, honest, authentic, I could share so many adjectives. You are just great. Jess, he adores you and feels proud to be with you, Mike is so lovely with his open adoration with you . Jess you know that and adore him back but you show it with the way you laugh at his jokes and he laughs back. Total natural synergy. Please DON’T change! Don’t try to get all posh as we say in Scotland or polished. You’re set up is just perfect and I wish you both and your lovely family an amazing success and life.

I know this is long and I doubt if you will see or read it. But if you do I would so love to see you live. I don’t know how it would work just now, but I have ideas. Also if you’re covering Scottish or British stuff wouldn’t it be good to have someone to interact who understands the banter and culture. The odd way we think over here.

I could go on and on I have so many ideas. If you think I am on to something and you do see this - feel free to e mail me. lynn.macdonald1@btopenworld.com 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧
