Although McCullum was obviously the star he could not have done it without the support of first Watling and then Neesham. He needed people  at the other end and they did that superbly. 🏏🏏

It's hard to describe the anticipation overnight - the whole country was gripped, even people not into cricket were pulled into the hype. When he finally got it - the pride and euphoria and pure joy. Definitely a top-5 moment in NZ cricket.
