Most doctors don't know how to properly take BP.  They don't tell you to empty your bladder first; they don't allow you 10 minutes to calm don't; they want to talk to you before and during taking the reading and expect a response; they don't tell you to sit up straight with your feet on the floor; they don't tell you to breath calmly through your nose; they want to put the cuff over your clothing; they want to use a wrist cuff; they don't take multiple readings with a couple of minutes in between and average the readings; they want to put a person on meds based upon one reading incorrectly taken.  Doctors are morons.

I’m taking magnesium glycinate every night, eating good food, nothing processed, drinking electrolytes, more water, taking turmeric, and walking 3x a week.  I’m on week five and feel so good.  Thank you for all the information.  I’m listening!

The doctor (or nurse) takes your BP after you have driven 45 minutes through heavy Florida traffic, to the last place you want to be, after waiting an extra hour for your appointment in a waiting room filled with the walking dead. How can that possibly be an accurate measure of your BP?

Growing up my Dad and I always took a long walk after dinner. Not only did I develop a love for this life long habit but it secured an amazing bond between father and daughter.

Thank you. You are becoming my favorite doctors now. I am a retired RN & listening to you is refreshing!!! I am 74 & in very good health, mostly by following everything you advise. I went low carb 4 yrs ago, wow!!! I also started on Bio-Identical Hormones & what a difference that has made in overall wellness. It is costly but well worth it. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I could never work as an RN again, can’t continue the lies that are told to patients.

Potassium.  Veggies, fruits beans, sweet potatoes, avocados, dates.
Walk more, especially after meals.
Magnesium.
No sugar or minimal.
Get rid of stress.

So I am walking on treadmill, listening to this while watching two bird houses feed their babies. Had egg and blueberries for breakfast. Grow own berries.

Great video.  You guys are the best.  I'm 79 with high BP spikes and docs can't figure it out.  I think stress is causing it.  I go to the barn and take care of my horses and that really helps as trail riding them does.  Also, they are the best psychiatrists out there.  You cannot lie to a horse.  They KNOW.  They can feel your heart beat 4 feet away from you and they read you like a book.  They should all be awarded with PHd's. LOL!!  Thank you for your channel and your fantastic info.  Lynne from GA.

I arrive at doctors office and some old man would have run me down if he didn't slam his car into the huge boulders in the parking lot. Then as soon as I walk into the waiting room, there is a man sneezing up a storm and not covering his mouth. I am not sick, I am just there to get results of semi annual blood work so I can get a prescription filled. There are a bunch of sick seniors and I am wishing I had a mask to wear. Then they take your blood pressure as soon as you get in the room. No wonder blood pressure is high. Yep the doctor never discussed any lifestyle changes or diet changes. All he wanted to do was push the meds. So disappointing. I'm glad i found this video it showed up at the right time.

Recently at Periodontist’s office under very stressful circumstances,  His assistant takes my BP and announces that it is way too high.  No kidding?  Surprised it  wasn’t  higher,  am 79 in good health, no meds, do strength training weekly, long walks, healthy diet.  Severe stress and fear raises my BP

God bless you all for being doctors with dignity and compassion and really care for people.
You are rare these days in the medical industrial complex.
I have not been to a medical doctor in 25 years! Im 66 no meds, exercise daily, organic foods ,eat well,  gave up pop 20 years ago.  There are always ways to improve one self  but I contribute that I am in the shape im in BECAUSE I don't see a medical doctor.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge.
I have middle aged children 1 on BP meds and another that the doctor wants to put on BP meds. I hate watching this!
Please continue to share your wisdom with us!🙏✝️👍😁

I drink hibiscus tea for blood pressure.works great.

The most easy potassium food is organic cold pressed coconut water (which is also a wonderful natural healthy drink)

I'm 71 and my blood pressure is stubborn.  I've been on blood pressure meds since I was in my forties.  I have gotten down to only one blood pressure med (25mg Chlorthalidone).  I do not eat processed foods, I take magnesium glycinate and potassium, but my blood pressure will not stay down without a medication.  That is my goal.  I wish I had a doctor like one of you to help me come off meds altogether.

Dr Suneel I love that you refer to the USA as "my country" now.  It shows your vested interest in its peoples' health.  So thank you for caring so much.

Sugar free organic coconut water is a wonderful source of potassium.

Keep up your good work!  We need the "truth"! ❤

I love avocados, sweet potatoes and pumpkin seeds, but finding real veggies is hard. My 92 year old neighbor walks all the time! She is my motivator!
We only had the sun for one day in a weeks time, its not looking good 🌞 this week either in PA, most are deficient in vitamin D also. Thank you!!

🌹HEY YOU GUYS HYPE THIS VLOG!!!!❤
