If it's spoiled don't eat it, if it won't spoil don't eat it.

I eat eggs and my homemade sourdough bread for breakfast.  I’m 81 and on no meds.  Prepare my own soups and other good foods.  No sugar!

Hospitals need to overhaul their food options.

My doctor has never asked me what I eat.  Has yours?

Why wait to be 60. I'm gonna start this now.. Thank you doctors.

When I was going through throat cancer, they kept pushing the protein drinks and I refuse to drink them. I looked at the ingredients and I was shocked. I lived on bone broth instead, and I really think that saved me. Yes, I did lose a lot of weight, but I survived my chemotherapy and radiation. I am free in clear of cancer thank you, Jesus.

I’m 72, in October 2025 I eliminated 95% of the sugar and fake food from my diet (I have the occasional goody). For the most part I have my breakfast mid morning and supper 4:30-5:00 and that’s it until breakfast the next day. I’ve lost 26 pounds and hoping to lose another 26.
But the absolute best change that I noticed right away is I no longer have edema in my legs and ankles.
I want to thank all three of you doctors for reinforcing that what I was eating was causing all my inflammation ❤️

My friend Bill was in hospital to have his toes amputated. Yes he is a type 2 diabetic. I asked him what is the food like in hospital. Bill stated the food is great. So what do they give you. Morning Nutri grain, milk with orange juice followed with tea added 6 teaspoons of sugar, then morning tea biscuits and tea with sugar, lunch sandwiches with chocolate milk drink, afternoon tea cake and tea with sugar, dinner meat and vegetables and dessert cream rice.

Then they stripped the veins from his arms to transplant into his legs. It did not take. He died a painful death in the Nursing Home.

Me, remission type 2 diabetic off all meds for 5 years. My Doctor suggested a Keto diet and within 3 months A1C 5.6. She taken me off all medication. Another 3 months blood test all inflammation gone. This Doctor saved my life of prescription drug abuse and an early painful death.

I tried to help Bill to eliminate sugar but he laughed at me and told me he loves his sweets. RIP Bill.

5. Pre-made protein drinks

1. Not enough Protein

I eat blueberries with Greek yogurt . Blueberries from our garden 🙏❤️

My mother ate blueberries Everyday. She lived to be 96

I am a 70-year-old female. I follow a low-carb diet, and when I was admitted to the hospital last year with RSV, my Doctor ordered a carb-restricted diet. Imagine my shock when breakfast was delivered with cornflakes, French toast with maple syrup, and orange juice. I didn't eat any of it, and when the nurse asked why I wasn't eating.  I told her that I was trying to eat low-carb. She said it was ok because my breakfast that was ordered was carb-restricted so it was ok to eat. When Doc came in, he just shook his head, lol!

I was in hospital last week for surgery. Took my own tins of line caught tuna, sardines and boiled eggs. Hospital supplied really nice undressed salads. I am 73 and low carb.

Costco sells huge bags of frozen wild blueberries on the cheap!

Hi Drs. I’m originally from Germany and lived close to a town where Blueberries grew wild and I remember getting on our bikes with  big containers that we filled with the berries and then we biked back home that was a 2:00hour around trip, we got our daily  exercise all in one day .This is biggest thing I miss the most living in the USA we have too many ornamental  bushes and trees and not enough fruits and berry bushes, and I have been complaining  about this for years.  I really miss this the most . I grew up eating veggies and fruits from the garden to the table .😢

Nursing home food is trash as well. Snack cakes that are 50% sugar.

Dieticians know nothing about nutrition. Eat food as grown single ingredient foods. What is in the market is total junk.
Eat as if your life depended on it because it does.

Doctors you are a God send to humanity❤
So many people around the world are unwell physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually.

I’m a nurse and learned along time ago, junk foods are “donated” to hospitals and we know how hospitals are out to make profits, how CEO’s make big salaries and bonuses. Awesome video, thank you.
