I love how they used Caesar’s commentary to deliver exposition. It was a pretty clever way to deliver important facts for the story and world building without boring the audience.

I don't know why, but I love this character so much. He's so over the top, every time I see that huge grin and his energy I just burst out laughing haha. Stanley Tucci did such an awesome job.

These movies had some of the best casting I've seen for a YA book turned film

It’s funny because sure he’s seems like a small character but he was a major instrument in making her popular to become the mockingjay in the first place

"You definitely smell better than I do."

"Well I've lived here longer."

I love Cesar. He’s literally the man the keeps Panem glued together. Stanley Tucci killed this role, he did a great job playing this charismatic citizen. He’s so full of energy and just does his best.

"More than a little disappointed that a certain wedding did not take placcccccccCCCCCCCCCCCCCE*explodes*"

I love his character so much because he’s so hard to read. He balances empathy & charisma with capitol propaganda well

This is a certified "I used to pray for times like these" moment

1) Cinna must have known he was going to die when he gave that nod to Katniss to spin around to burn her wedding dress that was ordered by Snow for her to wear or he’d kill her family, setting of the mockingjay image for the rebellion. If he was gonna go down, he was gonna go down in way that would be recognised and remembered for giving Panem such a stunt.

2) The face Peeta and Hamish share at the fake news of the unborn baby 13:35. In the words of Caesar Flickerman  “I LOVE IT!”

I can't hate him too much. He was just doing his job, and was limited to the narrowness of his upbringing. Plus, as the public image of the tributes, I bet Snow was keeping a close ey on him, so what could he have done. Getting to talk to people like this and then having to see them die must have taken a toll of him somehow, yet he can't express it because his life is televised.

I never noticed that Haymitch raises his flask and looks amused when Peeta says Katniss is pregnant lollllll

I like that he’s sometimes got the funny lookin dude next to him to help with the commentary

10:59 she got improved since her first interview

13:26  Katniss played the games Peeta played the capitol

He's written and played so well that the sinister undertones of his character are hard to decipher. The subtle prejudices, the patronising showmanship. It's so well done.

My favourite moment of his is in Catching Fire where he says "this is a very big, and emotional night, for all of us."
It's so unbearable to me. This man has watched probably 100s of innocent young people get butchered by one another and he has the gall to stand on a stage once a year and play to a pompous crowd.
Not only that, he says it in front of 24 people who have been through it already, and acts as if it's more difficult for the crowd to say goodbye than the people who will actually fight in the arena.

I'm just realizing the cohosts are the original scientists of SHIELD and HYDRA respectively.
