Josh's tolerance for Ollie's dad jokes is diminishing after every collab lol

Sooner or later, Josh and Ollie are going to relocate to Texas.  We'll be happy to have you, guys!

"Moaning that close to my ear is a LOT...." lol

I went there during a trip to Austin, and they are NOT overreacting.

The Michelin inspectors for the longest time actually refused to go to give stars to non-full service restaurants.  This was not because they didn't enjoy the food or were too 'fancy', it was because they had a very strict guideline for the process of consistently examining a restaurant from the decor, to service, to the process of what they ordered, etc.  These types of restaurants were not compatible with that scoring.  But they were also conflicted as they did not want to possibly be viewed as diminishing their standards or applying different criteria.  It wasn't really until the last decade that they rewrote the scoring rules to be compatible with things like counter service, food trucks, etc.

That being said they also follow strict guidelines on how to completely blend in.  They do their research, come at varying times, and test how staff respond to questions, incidents, requests, and of course look at for a fully consistent product no matter who you are or when you dine there.

Honestly one of the reason why Jolly is so entertaining to watch is because they don't try to be pretentious and explain why something is good (e.g the technique is xyz) and instead just express how good or bad the food is.

The more I watch these, the  more impressed I am with the sheer speed of Ollie's comebacks, jokes, quips, whatever. His ability to make instant puns, Dad jokes, and humorous tie-ins is quite amazing.

I was taught the 'Texas Fold' 50 years ago... best way to eat brisket... And if you eat it at or south of San Antonio, the bread is replaced with a flour tortilla freshly made by an old Hispanic grandma...

I genuinely appreciated the Leeroy Jenkins reference. Thank you Ollie 😂

I love when we get the reaction of the crew.  They are always behind the camera, and the more reaction we get the more validation we get for the food is.

Joshua and Jolly is quite the collab. Critic and Comedy is the perfect mix in Food videos, I always watch jolly while having my meals

I’ve never seen anyone eat a folded sandwich like Ollie did 😂 I’m in shock.

I have never been more jealous. there is no proper smokhouse anywhere where I live :(. This food looked so good. I could almost taste it.

8:48 Evan came out like he was a divine being

5:10 That's like a Texas ssam, multiple different cuts of bbq meat, wrapped in bread.

5:39 Me when I'm stoned eating peanut butter on toast.

8:01 That "Oh my gosh" was perfectly synced 😂

Joshua is not the definition of Texan , he’s more of a truer definition of an Austin, Texan resident. There’s a difference.

Does the "woah woah woah woah woah woah woah" guy get royalties every time you use that clip? 1:43

Wow. Weissman brought that entire episode down for me to the point that I couldn't finish it. I don't even know the guy but he's so smug and humorless and while I by no means approve of it, I can see someone sticking his head in the toilet. Even Ollie couldn't save the episode.
