He said no half ratings and immediately gave half ratings on the 2nd spot

Josh getting ego checked by Fluffy is insane and i'm here for it

The fact that Gabriel Fluffy was at the 4th place is the best review/rating for that place alone.. dude def knows his food spots!

When you hear "it sucks," it's not a negative. There is beauty and love in the grind towards perfecting your craft. Embrace the suck, because the end result is the most satisfying

Gabriel Iglesias randomly showing up makes this unironically one of my favorite videos from Josh's channel

Josh : No half ratings.
Also Josh : 7.5!

Fluffy being humble and apologizing for interrupting shows why he is truly an awesome person!

Growing up in Texas, and living here all of my life in different cities/areas, BBQ was simply a staple - like Italian food in New York. It was always basic, and we knew the best spots to find good brisket, but then Franklin's comes along and now it's a Michelin star endeavor. People now drive all over town, wait in line, and spend a small fortune on a meal because it has become an elevated artform - just give me some well smoked brisket from someone who loves the game and I'm good.

Lowkey cool that all the pitmasters said "its all love" when talking about each other, I wouldn't have thought that was the case originally

When he said “This job sucks”. I resonated with that so hard. That is the true reason why I will always treat my staff even better than my guests. Hats off.

Shoutouts to the "this job SUCKS" guy. That's how I feel about everything in life, lol.

Ive had Texas BBQ twice in my life, one in San Antonio and one outside of Austin. Both meals almost made me tear up with how good they were. Of all the meals Ive had in my life, including Michelin places in NYC and James Bear places all over the South, Texas BBQ is hands down the greatest food ive ever eaten, period.

Great video! Thanks for coming by Josh and Olivia!

Miss Tootsie is a living legend. Loved how when Josh asked, "makes the brisket great?" the owner immediately pointed to Miss Tootsie. respect where respect is due

I tried to do a BBQ tour when a friend visited Austin, and after 4 places over 4 days, we had to stop. Not sure how you guys were able to pull through. The looks on your faces as the video progresses shows the feeling going well beyond the meat sweats.

I live only 18 miles from Goldees!  Driving to Blacks was just too far at my age, but, getting to Goldees may be the one thing to get me out of the house so early in the morning.  I'm a recent widow of three months, have become house bound from taking care of my hubbie in his final years.  Think I'll Uber over there when Spring hits.  I need to eat their brisket and ribs before I die!!!!!

After seeing Joshua eat tacos in Mexico and seeing him cook Mexican food super authentically, I will forever believe his food judgement lol

Went to Goldee's with one of my daughters before Christmas, waited 2 1/2 hours for brisket that was a Holy experience. Spent $250, drove home and enjoyed every single bite over a few days.

Born and raised in Fort Worth. Goldee's is a 20 minute drive from me. I'm embarassed I haven't visited. Now I will. Thanks for the video.
