I recently discoverd that if you play rdo and go inside the fort's prison there is a soldier sitting confused and scared in the cell if u punch him he starts to attack you not with a gun like the other soldiers but with a jawbone knife

Fort Wallace is perhaps the best spot in the game to complete the sniper sharpshooter challenge, considering the guards posted on the lookout remain stationary.

whats weird is cornwall being the domino that started this conflict. I was always under the assumption that the native americans and the u.s government already hated each other and the boiling point started when evelyn miller and rains fall were telling state representatives and congress leaders about the mistreatment of native americans by the soldiers leading to colonel favors becoming angered by the slander him and his soldiers were garnishing. Not because of cornwall and the oil i always thought the government taking away the natives reservation because of the intentions of oil was just to get them to move. this game is awesome in the way it writes its story’s and conflicts its just beautiful story telling through and through.

Everything about the Wapiti and Rains Fall is beyond tragic, I hated playing those chapters of the game though I don't recall the newspaper articles (I was kinda busy playing the game to bother buying papers every five minutes). But reading them here I know for a fact it's a smear campaign to fool Americans into overlooking any reports of misconduct which, kudos to Rockstar for historical accuracy, was unfortunately typical at the time.

Blankets covered in typhoid were given to Natives with full knowledge they had no immunity, knowing it'd be slower but cheaper than bullets. Eagle Flies is of course, hot blooded and rightfully angry over this just to sadly die trying to better the Wapiti tribe's situation. A man like Favours was hopefully few and far between but the government at the time having literally no care for any First Nation peoples didn't help at all.

The final article is a badly timed joke in all this, even when presented in the Epilogue while playing as John, when a lot of what occurred is being quickly forgotten and the men responsible for the whole mess are too busy being dead to be held accountable.
