ALTERNATE ENDING FOR THE MOVIE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZ9G3PlxGgs

The movie dosnt show how actively evil the plants are. In the book Amy dies and the others put her in a sleeping bag. The vines get in and make them think Amy is alive just to laugh at them when the open the bag to see Amys body completely eaten.

Amy was like Descents Juno times a thousand. In the Alt Ending pinned at the top comment, Amy dies (rip Bozo) and one of the plants is found growing out of her grave, luring a graveyard keeper in by mimicking his whistling.  Meaning Amy's stupidity doomed everyone on Earth.

"WhY diDnT thE mAyaNs jUst BurN tHe VinEs" the Mayans have been around for over 4,000 years, do y'all seriously think they haven't tried that 🧍

Thank you for having the balls to watch movies i cannot. Ngl your vibe is a mix of zero punctuation and ending explained

And now she spreads this vine shi to the entire world bc they went somewhere they was told not to go

I forgot that I watched this movie before. Yeah the Mayans were literally just trying to protect themselves and their people and they were made to be the bad guys, I didn't like that😩

Going up these pyramids is usually viewed as disrespect in most cases even in normal tourism, going off grid for one of these sounds demented

OMGGG you unlocked a core memory with this upload!! This movie is sooo good and scared me when I was younger. I’ll forget when the Blonde gf started cutting herself because the veins were moving everywhere in her body. Haunted me lol!! Love this video as usual 🫂

I love the resurgence of movies where people look back and said "oh shit, this was actually quite baller"
This is actually quite the good cosmic horror story: you never actually learn where they come from, the vines are just an ancient evil that predates humanity and is actively malevolent

My college work lowkey has me dead but I feel replenished after seeing this delectable, fresh post. Thank you for making videos for us to enjoy!!

You could say this movie left people in Ruins

:disintegrate:

I don't remember how I came across this movie but it was a fun ride. It's true that you go "Why would you do THAT!" throughout the entire movie, much like during "When Evil Lurks". The characters make things a lot harder on themselves, knowingly or otherwise.

My parents rented this movie (good ol family video) and I was probably 9 or 10 on the family pc in the corner of the living room trying not to be curious and watch the movie. The scene with Stacy horrified me and the vines mimicking sounds petrified me. You've covered a lot of movies that i watched with either my sister and aunt or with the back of my head facing the tv and turning around when my parents warned me not to. It's fun to revisit these as an adult

You're quickly becoming one of my favorite youtube channels to visit! Love the videos and the humor! ❤

YOOO this movie lived in my mind rent free my mom always got bootleg dvds and this movie scarred me for so long i looked it up and afound it a few years back but man this is a blast from the past lmaoo yeah 6  year old me was messed up by this one

Dang bro it let me give you 640 hype points!!!!!!! And you deserve it my brother! Thank you for the entertainment. 😊😂

I like Jena Malone a lot. Lady seems fearless regarding the work she does.

Finally, a new video to watch while in the vc while everyone in the vc goes insane ( btw I love them all in bottom of my soul 💜) and happy birthday to rot 🎉

Read the book a couple of times so I was excited when the movie came out but when the plants started doing the mimic sounds, I cracked up laughing, and then I couldn't stop laughing the rest of the movie 😂 some things don't translate to screen
