Can't believe you made it out of clay, oh my god - we both held our breaths when you lowered into the kiln 💀 It turned out so so good, love it!!

This one is epic. Was thinking "If it is Nerdforge there must be light" and just then you put in the light.
Be proud!

It get's overlooked, but your video editing is so good! It's chill, relaxed, fun, modern, incredibly tight, and professional. ❤

Martina is going to love this

Had a pretty violent childhood & my biggest escapes were writing & pottery. I stopped doing both when I started med school, got married & had kids. Thank you for reminding me about something I truly cherished & wish I could do again. Today was an extremely bad day for me & I honestly only clicked on this video because I seen Nerdforge in the title, but I stayed for your calm energy & obvious talent, so thanks for brightening up my bad day! Beautiful work!!

that "oh" at 30:34 scared me so much!

Two of my favourite channels collide 💖 The textures really brought it to life! It looks incredible.

Honestly, the thing I love the most about this video is you admiring your work every step of the way through. This excitement is so relatable from artist to artist. I write arrangements for choirs and whenever I practice with a choir and hear a part of my arrangement for the first time with actual human voices I get this exact feeling <3

This video came up on my feed probably b/c of the nerdforge in the title and I'm so happy it happened! This video brought me back to my high school days! I haven't touch clay since graduating but the nostalgia and want to make something with clay that hit me while watching this video was surreal!! Also, this came out beautifully!!! I'm so speachless! ❤ (and now on my way to watch all your other  videos)

Maya, this turned out so good! The fact that it had so many joins and didn't crack or anything is amazing!

Some advice for next time you want to make something so complex.... build it on your kiln shelf, you can use that as your fit guide.
For even better results, use a cookie that's a few cm bigger than the footprint of your piece from the same clay (it will take all the stress of shrinking from the piece),  lay the cookie with a little silica sand or aluminium hydrate between it and the shelf, then a sheet of newspaper on the leather hard cookie.
Once you're done, you can dry it onthw shelf and use straps to carefully lower the whole thing if your hands won't fit to lower it by hand.

I absolutely love my big front loader, so much more ease for loading and I don't have crap falling into my work.
I have a top loader too, but I try not to use it for glaze for that exact reason.

If I hadn't watched, I wouldn't have had the nerve to download the template and try this for myself. Here's to my next project (not clay but still EXCITED!)

I ADORE Martina and Hansi and the fact you used one of their templates is brilliant!  I now want to make one for my garden.  Keep being awesome and making cool art - you inspire me in my pottery journey! CHEERS!

Omg the cross over we didn’t know we wanted, but definitely needed 😍🙌🏾👍🏾

I've got to say : this video is how I discovered your channel because I love nerdforge. And I've stayed since then. I love what you do and the vibes of your videos!!

19:14 YES SUCH A GOOD IDEA FOR THE GARDEN

to anyone who has never tried making ceramics before: this is HARD! it turned out amazing!! I had a lot of fun watching and you've inspired me to tackle my fear of building with slabs

Watching this with my 3 month old and she smiled when saw the final results. I think it's safe to say that you have yourself a new fan. What a masterpiece!!!!

This is actually unreal. This is a crossover between my two absolute favorite Youtubers (no exaggeration).
