The Manhunter crashed on earth and immediately said Hey I’m going to form a LLC.

5:26 Having a dishonorable discharge from the armed forces prohibits purchase and/or owning a firearm. So John was also just abiding by the law by leaving the gun.

I can't believe John cracked the Manhunter episode 1 😂

@hadeszero4526 3 weeks ago

For real the last thing John should have believed is Hal filing reports 😂

Zoe being a manhunter still feels like a red herring

Calling it right now, the guardian that talks with John’s parents is the actual manhunter.

When Hal put up that giant green shield after the laser attack 😅 perfectly valid lantern response lol

22:27 I love that John made Macon's head above the shoulders a bit inflated to seemingly reflect the guy's ego.

That freaking shot of the green shield above the motel is one of my favorite shots of 2026 in general, so cool

I loved how John made the guy in the gun shop move and never bothered to even look his way lol I think the guardian was manipulating John. They called his parents because they new his mother would tell him to take the ring, too.

They cooked with this show. I hope they find a way to give us more Hal when its all over.

He was dealing cattle… that’s how ranchers refer to cows. I have over 80 head of cattle myself. He was making a deal with someone to ether buy or sell (or give) 200 head of cattle.

I think Hal drove the car into the pole as a way to lure the Manhunter out. I don't think he was really trying to kill John but instead just injure him enough that it would force the MH Manhunter to intervene. Hal knew the MH had feelings for John and wouldn't let him die so he essentially used him as bait. So crashing the car would force the MH to 1; reveal his/her identity and 2; prove that they didn't die in the satellite attack. Hal just took the gamble with John's life like he did with John's parents earlier in the episode because "I'm never wrong."
