Just dont get really drunk and have sex ever...  sounds like a headache.

This whole thing is retroactively making all the scenes from The Office (US) with the Nard-Dog a little awkward.

But what does ja rule think of this?

This moment right here. Destiny decided to back off a point when that women on the call was being goofy. He shouldn’t have quit. That was a “happy wife happy life” moment.

How do we have five English speakers on a call, yet the only person reading everything can barely speak English?

Holy sh*t, I got a stomach ulcer listening to this. So many people talking over each other who all knew only like 40-50% of the facts.
I rarely disagree with Destiny, but this is one event I would like him to do a full video on, just by himself researching everything, cause man everyone in this video was off.
After going through the DA statement, the civil suit, and multiple news articles outlining the texts and Title 9 hearings, it's incredibly easy to build an argument on either side, and the fact no one could effectively argue anything was making my a** bleed.

The bare minimum you could do here to form an opinion is familiarize yourself with her original statements and nobody here has done that. They're still confused about who is who, guy #1, guy #2, the order of events, etc. It's so easy to find and not even complicated and everybody here is totally confused on even those basic facts.

Only about 20mins in but Drto is right that if she had a UTI it is possible to ask about SA if the doctor sused that out.  As someone who has taken people to ER for UTI, some docs ask as part of procedure or habit, some only ask if they think foul play is involved.

I just had a weird itch to ask Jstlk about Chaiery

Ask JSTLK about Chaeiry

Investigationstiny time lads

1:47:56 damn D Man the point of him saying thst is to show how college review boards are more kangaroo courts and isolated reviewers and not anything criminal.  Which is the opposite of geo deeds was reviewing it and what you were saying to her earlier in the video when she tried to say because people got expelled by the school it meant they commuted sexual assault.    No reason to jump down his throat when you yourself corrected Deeds when she tried to phrase it as evidence of sexual assault being a norm for fraternities or appears to be doing as much

It kinda seems like they're having different conversations. Destiny seems to be talking about the facts of the matter. The gal seems to be talking about protecting women in some way. I don't know. Assuming Destiny is right about the facts of the matter this seems almost extractive of people's good will. So I don't think this is really a hill to die on if you want to protect women. It seems like the damage the argument is having to the culture is more harmful than the frats culture in particular.

As this creates a bootleggers and baptists paradox. You get the social status for morally condemning a sleazy text, and the red pill alpha male types get easier access to women because the decent guys opted out of joining these kinds of frats. That may or may not be the actual culture of the frat in question, but if we continue down this road it almost certainly will be.

No, most people do not know the full story. I literally put this video on as background noise to learn about it lmfao

I didn’t know Cornell was offering a Bonnie Blue course

You can’t be compelled to speak in a civil matter unless you’re free from any state threat of incrimination

UTI is a Traumas name

Respectfully both sides of the case are messy, and it’s going to be very hard and an uphill battle for the prosecution to win this case criminally.

Can anyone who watched the whole thing tell me what destiny concluded at the end ?

I think the lawyer was arguing that it's absurd that a student caught committing a misdemeanor crime on campus can be extorted for his degree instead of the matter being handled by the judicial branch of government. The demand for money instead of just expelling him is pure greed and is the kind of thing that makes tankie agitprop seem more reasonable to a lot of people.
