I'm 68, and believe me, at this age, you'll have regrets that you can't imagine.  Have some self respect, and THINK before you do things that will embarrass you, humiliate you, and reduce your self esteem.  I'm talking to both young men and women.  It's a thousand times worse now, with smart phones, and social media.

Criminal investigations should be carried out by law-enforcement professionals, not colleges.

Confusing and messy is pretty much the way these types of situations are.  Real life isn't Law & Order SVU.  I've dealt with several somewhat similar cases.  Poor kids at drunken house parties -- not frat boys -- but the issues are similar.  In the end it's poor -- mostly brown and black -- young guys like my clients who will pay the price for this mass hysteria as district attorneys coast-to-coast, scared of the activist mob, will file cases that should have been declined.

Listen this is just a run of the mill train there’s no assault but I’m not surprised everyone regretted it. That’s to be expected.

it should be easy to prove weather she was at the bar or not there must be witneses if she did lie about being in the bar then how can you belive anything else she says but then the bar could well be lying becouse they dont want to admit to serving someone underage

I know i may be in the minority on this one but I believe the publicity will do more harm than any compensation from the alleged offenders.  In my generation your mistakes are forgotten or you can move and start over. But with the internet your mistakes live forever and there is no where for you to start over.  I cant imagine the trauma of explaining this to your children in 20 years. They will have access to everything as will their friends and friends parents.  Mistakes I made at that age are lost in  time.  That is not the case today and her attorneys are doing her no favor by initiating this matter. This young women will for the remainder of her life have this incident known to all.   Legally these are adults but any parent of a child from 18 to 25 knows they are far more childlike than adults. What a mess.

Whole lot of flex from everybody, including millions who were not in any way involved, just to justify substance abuse and its consequences because people want what they want and think they are above all of this extremely poor judgement.
