This building was completely abandoned… broken floors, peeling walls, and honestly? Everyone thought I was crazy for buying it. But I saw something different. I saw my dream art studio hiding inside these walls — and today, I’m finally showing you the full transformation.

In this video, I’m sharing the full renovation journey — from the very beginning stages to the final reveal. You’ll see the before, the transformation process, and a complete tour of the finished space where I now create, paint, and run my art business.

Renovation done by me, my husband and Jaime Perkins of the Perkins Builder Brothers Youtube Channel.

This project was messy, overwhelming, and one of the biggest risks I’ve taken — but it became something amazing.
