I love how he reason the group gets back together isn't because of some rousing speech (even though Red Guardian did give one to his daughter), but because they all individually chose to save people, and just happened to reconvene!

This was honestly the most I’ve felt in a marvel movie since Infinity War. The personal experience the characters went through got me.

I sobbed when Yelena broke down talking about how she spends all day just looking at her phone and drinking and thinking about all the bad things she's done.

Bucky is literally the only one of them who has actually been in therapy.

I never NOT forget during their trailer reaction they assumed “Bob” meant hydra Bob from the Deadpool movies. Only to reveal it’s probably the most powerful character the mcu has introduced by this point.

Thunderbolts fucking got me out of such a depressive funk with that ending. Them beating the Void by holding Bob and stopping him from hurting himself. The sheer support and love, even in their own way, it made me realize that I wasn't alone either. I just had to reach out and accept love at a time when i was feeling at my worst.

This may just be one of my favorite ones. My favorite of all time, really. I'm sure there are other movies that were better, really. But this one helped save me.

I was so sad this didn’t make money at the box office, it’s very good and I feel like it deserved to make big bucks.

So the character Mel Gold, the assistant, is a member of the Thunderbolts in the comics, and she takes the name Songbird. And the necklace that she wears in the movie is actually a direct reference to it.

I love how Aaron so clearly knows Sentry from the comics due to his facial expressions

Somebody get our boy Eric some coffee 😂

I can tell Eric was having a hard time staying awake, and it just him being tired I assume, not the movie. Rest up and get some sleep man. Even if it’s a sacrifice of a reaction or two, that’s more than okay.

Walker wasn't just an asshole to Bob, if you notice he keeps calling him Bobby, which is what his abusive father calls him in the void.

22:47 so apparently I heard that Sebastian Stan actually did punch Lewis Pullman by accident here. Like one of those punches was real and Pullman just shrugged it off exactly like how the character did with the rest of those hits

Behind the scenes of the * :
It was supposed to be used for the first trailer and the real title would be revealed before the film came out, but they liked the idea so much they used it the whole campaign.

Some of the marketing said:
*Avengers not available.

For me personally, this movie is a Top 10 MCU film for me. Great action, characters, and writing. Phenomenal music and filmmaking direction as well. I know it's still early, but for me, this is the MCU at its absolute best! 🔥🔥🔥

The thing I really thought was interesting about this movie is that the original Avengers would have failed at this. This group of misfits succeeded cuz they understood what bob was going through and Bob listened because he knew they're all a mess and have horrible back grounds. it's why AA works for a lot of People . They listen because the other people in the group have been there. Also, this was a fun movie cuz of the character interactions, but the Red Guardian is what really elevated it. The cinema I was in, everyone was cracking up whenever he turned up.

My wife who deals with a lot of depression and anxiety said that this was her absolute favorite of all the marvel movies and that teared me up. A great one for me

@jonte2343 1 year ago

The way this movie depicts depression is quite unique and I really appreciate it.

@skylaralley2465 1 year ago

Bob has schizo affect bipolar disorder with Sentry and Void being manifestations of mania/delusions of grandeur and depression. It’s such a powerful message and such an amazing movie
