Billy's mom is easily the most bad-ass character in a Christmas movie...right behind John Mclaine.  I hope to see you react to Gremlins 2. That movie is GLORIOUS.

I don't think I've ever seen someone laugh so much watching this movie. It definitely gave me a different perspective.

23:01 "Well, at least they don't have wings."
Me: "......For now."

It’s worth noting that hating German and Japanese cars was pretty common for a lot of WWII veterans.

Gremlins 2 is really great as well. It's an unique movie. The parody of itself.

Howie Mandel voiced Gizmo. He is now a judge on "America's Got Talent".

Gizmo is even cuter in part two.

I never thought I would hear anyone compare "the tree scene in Evil Dead" to "the tree scene in Gremlins" lmao

This was one of the movies that led to the creation of the PG-13 rating. Spielberg was known for really pushing the PG boundary at the time because PG rating = more people will see it.

I think everyone that has watched this movie fell in love with it. No matter their age or Generation. This movie goes from 0 to a 1000. And doesn't stop until it over. Once Billy gets Gizmo, you watch every single rule get broken. And all you can do is watch and laugh. Knowing it is a Horror/comedy.

Yea we had Christmas carolers when i was young in the 70's and 80's.

In the late 90s we had a Warner Bros theme part in Germany that had actual Gremlin animatronics. Scared the shit out of me as a kid 😂 But they also had Falkor from the Neverending Story and a lot of professional Batman cosplayers, which I really liked.

It was so much fun watching you have a blast with this film. What a joy, thank you.

Favorite scene is definitely mom vs the Gremlins.

The way you enjoyed Gremlins, I think you will love Gremlins 2 also.

I saw this movie as a kid back in the day. The funny thing is that a few months after seeing this movie for the first time, my mother comes home with a kitten and it's color and color pattern matched Gizmo almost exactly. Yep, we named the cat "Gizmo" lol

Seeing you in stitches over this movie is just about the best thing I've ever seen. lol ❤

29:52 You've known her longer than 30 seconds. She's the mean old woman that wants to kill Billy's dog.

The bar scene is just so so funny man I’ve been a gremlins fan since I was 4 or 5 years old and am now 18 and that scene never gets old.

Going to jump in like everyone else and ask you to watch GREMLINS 2 as soon as possible. It's pure insanity and better than the first movie in my opinion.
