I have one of these and it is good. I was also suprised how good the rubber duck antenna is compared to what you'd normally expect on most radios.

I love my TX, great up Langdon hills

I believe what you're saying. It's a pretty nice solid built radio just looking at it, I really like it. Thank you for sharing it😊

Love my tx it's great in the car aswell. Loads of videos on my channel with my tx in full swing

I got Thunderpole TX the noise cancelation is great.  Was good price too when I got it for what it does.

Got one and yeah... its great. AM FM and 26 to 28mhz. Just what we always wanted back in the day. All thats missing is SSB.

I managed to get an Albrecht AE-2990 AFS - about a year or so ago.  Covers 10 / 11 and 12 meter bands, all mode which is a big bonus for Ham licence holders..  I think Thunderpole should make one.  There's nothing like getting out or a walk or on the e-bike with a portable rig.  Enjoying your vids mate.  73

I have the Jopix CB-514 which is the EU model and i reach the USA and France from the canary islands every day. The skip it gets is very good !!!

Hi ya Ben, I've just ordered the car kit and a thunderpole orbitor magmount, for the tx
Might go Langdon hills over weekend

hook it up to a external antenna on a mag mount on the car and head for the hills

Your an early bird 🦅

Hey rusty, next time demonstrate it live when you're YouTube channel. I'd like to hear you talk on it😊

Great review. It encouraged me to buy one. Only problem is that the TX cuts out after a couple of minutes. It probably has a Time Out TImer but there is no mention of this anywhere and no clues as to how to disable it !

Hi bud don’t know if you can help me I have a sirio home base arial the swr is very high if I put a auto tuner at will it tune up many thanks john

I've got the president randy 3 mate. Just wish they did ssb so could use it on 555.

Even better than those with SSB, like Albrecht?

Have you heard of the Midland cb app

Yeah, it was a good of all that there’s no one on CB radio CB radio in England is dead has been for many years

Albrecht AE-2990 is the best hanheld with all modes.

Does not seem to be sold in the USA
