In this video I react to a bunch of Instagram Reels that I have been collecting over the last couple of months. Some of them are actual fat acceptance videos and some just give fat acceptance vibes.

It's always "fascists want us skinny and frail so we can't fight back" and never "fascists want us obese, immobile, and on death's door so they spend billions on advertising ultra processed foods to get us addicted and unable to lose weight so we can't fight back"

3:45 what a weird fucking joke. "A female doctor called me fat so women shouldn't be working in STEM fields". Wow, what a feminist and progressive thing to say! Fat activism really prides themselves on boosting women's accomplishments and empowerment huh

Personally, I think its privileged to buy a whole new outfit every time you have an 'event' to go to

I’m 6’3” and in the 99th percentile of height for women! Is it annoying that I can’t find pants long enough in store? Yes, but it makes sense. I just buy my pants online! You never hear petite or tall women complain the same way that plus size women do about clothes shopping!

@FlaredMaple 7 months ago

3 different FEMALE doctors told me I was obese so F*CK these WOMEN in STEM how DARE they. THEY are clearly the problem, not me.

Lol

Is she okay? 😂

28:26 justifying your fatness by publically posting your delusion that anime characters would be attracted to you. What the fuck

@koalamanda8299 7 months ago

"I might have to not go to an event because I can't find clothes" epitome of oppression and marginalisation, y'all

@ChildlessHarpy 7 months ago

"I found four dresses." "I can't find anything!" Girl did you find four dresses or did you find nothing? Looking for specialized clothes in a Marshall's is like going to a Hollister for hiking gear. You're not gonna find what you need.

Light from deathnote loves the fats because no one would be suspicious if they have a sudden heart attack.

every time i hear the term straight sized i can't help but say out loud "excuse me, i am GAY sized"

@h0nestkyimsodone 7 months ago

Wwwwwwwrap it up because listing those characters 100% gives the y/n wattpad fan fiction self inserts… she’s just attracted to those characters 😭 none of them have ever said they wanted to or dated fat characters especially MHA? They’re athletic ass superhero’s but ok

My Dr told me I was obese and said I needed to try a calorie deficit first before we went to ozempic or another GLP-1. And… she was right. Here I am 8 months later and 60 lbs down. I don’t think drs are just going to GLP-1s without discussing other options first for all of their obese patients.

18:58 Eating a whole sheet cake by myself: “I’m doing this for the protest, not because I have a food problem” girl come on

@sarah-uebel 7 months ago

25:59 this entire video/the concept has me fucking CRYING she sounds so stupid bc she is being serious. you know you’ve reached rock bottom when the only men you think are attracted to you are fake anime characters. grown woman btw

@clarav1938 7 months ago

being fat as a “rebellion” is always an afterthought, a retroactive justification for being fat. if it had literally any merit as a rebellious act people would be getting fat for that reason but that’s not happening. it’s obvious but omg i can’t believe how many people say things like the original comment

@peachshiro 7 months ago

that weeb tiktoker deluding herself into believing "curvy" means a ginormous 3x instead of a megan thee stallion type of body. like girl go write your fanfiction and leave us alone

@The_TypeCast 7 months ago

As a straight sized person, does she know that straight sized women struggle to find clothes too. I literally prioritize and follow Nigerian and other African designers bc I'm short with a waist that is smaller than my hips and shoulders. No one is going into a store where everything looks perfect and fits just bc you're skinny

@staceyhaughey579 7 months ago (edited)

Some of us straight sized people used to be fucking obese and not able to find cute clothes that fit in regular stores. Some of us know what it feels like and hated it enough to change.

@hayleypumpkins 7 months ago

i have a huge problem with people acting like there is absolutely NOTHING they can do. Imagine going to a clothing store and going, "Theres nothing in my size, so ig ill die." No dummy, theres amazon, theres torrid. There are options, dont fuckin pretend like there isnt just so you can get on the internet and whine about how hard your very clearly privileged life is.
