Crazy to think the director of this went on to do freaking spiderverse

It’s really crazy that Rise of the Guardians didn’t get a TV show spinoff because it would’ve recovered Dreamworks enough. Rise of The Guardians was ahead of its time when it came to everything tbh.

13:17 I regret to inform you that you missed the pun the movie made: they're night-mares

Pitch Black is up there with Death and Professor Poopypants as some of the greatest Dreamworks villains

Fun fact: This movie is actually based on a book series called “The Guardians of Childhood” by William Joyce. Honestly I wished that Dreamworks would have went with that title instead, “Rise of the Guardians” just sounds way too vague about what kind of guardians are they talking about.
WHICH GUARDIANS ARE RISING? SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHICH! THERE ARE TOO MANY TO COUNT! WHICH GUARDIANS?!

I still love how Pitch Black, despite being a kinda generic design, looks so good because of his visual effects. He looks like an actual shadow, with his legs and cloak being so hard to distinguish that sometimes I forget he even has legs

Santa was so hot in this movie he should’ve been a Tumblr sexy man instead of Jack Frost

Wow..a Rise Of The Guardians video without even slightly mentioning Rise Of The Brave Tangled Dragons…impressive.

Gonna be honest, Tooth Fairy did something for me when i was a child. She still does

This is one of the most underrated masterpieces I've ever seen in my life, it is wild robot level good.

I was playing Jack x Elsa secret kissing game when I was like 7 yo and my mom caught me who is Muslim and really conservative, I got my ass kicked that day… so this movie has a very special place in my heart

To be fair, sand man is goated, i would be sad too even if i saw him die even without knowing him

In my opinion I like rise of the guardians even though it almost killed DreamWorks :)

Listen. If ur Pinterest didn’t feed u the pinnacle of crossovers featuring Hiccup, Elsa, Jack Frost, and Rapunzel, then idk what to tell u

It flopped because of how it was released when lincoln, a twilight movie, skyfall, and life of pi were released around the same time, also on how dreamworks didn't really know how to market this movie properly.

F***ing adore this film. Speaking of kids movie flops that became cult classics and then spawned weird AMVs, Treasure Planet was a good chunk of my childhood too but then, a few years back, stumbled across a ship (heh space ship) AMV of Captain Amelia Catlady and F***ing Jane from Tarzan. Doesn't hurt that Didney likely reused Jane's squinty face animations for Catpain Lady..

Fun fact: Easter Bunny’s full name is E. Aster Bunnymund

This channel is the love child of dumbsville and Schaffrillas

This movie was actually awesome i mean this shit is an avengers movie but with holiday characters

I just like to think that the man in the moon is the boy in dreamworks logo
