I went and read Skyrim's TCRF page and I love the placeholder/dev messages. Here are a few selections:
- "Imagine something really cool happening."
- "There's a flash of light, we throw up some cool image shaders, and everything stops..."

so the children’s trespassing lines can be heard if u go into certain houses where a child lives but an adult isn’t yet present despite the house being locked.

7:25 I know why! Child characters share the FemaleChild and MaleChild voice types.
During development, voice actors recorded universal relationship reactions.
Instead of filtering adult lines out of the child voice assignment lists the devs left them tied to the shared voice assets.
Essentially, they didn't bother to take out because it didn't matter since it would never appear in game.

However funny enough a broken script (I won't explain it in detail) can make the engine mistakenly apply adult dialog too! So you can get a bug that makes a kid consistently mourn their spouse.

7:15 - So as someone who has worked in software development, I think this one might just be a fairly safe bit of fallback logic. Just in case something completely stupid happens and something happens to a child that shouldn't happen, the game can actually manage instead of trying to pull up sound files that don't exist. Those 'loved one died' lines are also fairly straightforward, so they're weirdly functional error messages; if a character is saying that to you as a developer or tester, you can pin down exactly what the bug is.

I know, it's hard to believe that a Bethesda game would work to REDUCE bugs, but they do try!

Here is some additional info about the facts you talked about and some more facts at the bottom.

4: If you hold E to carry/hold their items/clothes, they aggro on you similar to how Oblivion handled carrying items. This is the only place I know of that has this feature rather than the usual of no one caring if you throw their stuff around.
5: Your speech skill gains 2 levels rather than just one 1.
10: There is a Spell Tome for the Telekinesis spell at the bottom of the book pile.
11: During the quest "Taking Care of Business" in the Thieves Guild questline, her bedroom also contains a unique Statue of Dibella with a white base that can be used to get Haelga's debt.
12a: There is a child that is an Innkeeper that you can barter with. His name is Skuli and he is at Old Hroldan Inn in The Reach southwest of Rorikstead and southeast of Karthspire. He might use that voiceline or have been planned to. There are other child merchants but they are different types and wouldn't use that dialogue
12b: I think the trespassing dialouge is heard in game, unless it is very similar to that line as children do scold you for trespassing.
16: This glitch is called horse tilt and is used very often in speedruns
19: If you are able to get in the range of the wizards spell, you get a unique active effect called "Fake Protection" for a few seconds
20: There are other trinkets that you can sell to Delvin found in various locations you go to for the Thieves Guild main questline. There is a quest for this called The Litany of Larceny but seeing as the objectives show in the miscellaneous tab, you never see the name in game.
21: The jail for Winterhold is also unique. It is called The Chill and is near the top of the map, even further north than Septimus Signus' Outpost. You get to keep all of your items and do not gain a bounty for escaping.
38: Getting damaged by Karstaag's frost cloak will give the unique active effect "Frost Cloak Freeze" and getting launched by his stomp attack gives "Karstaag's Will".
43: There are also a pair of unique miscellaneous items in the Hall of Valor. There are 2 Roasted Ox Legs and 1 Roasted Ox Head.
47: Miraak has several different lines of dialogue depending on how many dragons you have killed. The list is on his UESP page.
48: When you are below the orb, you need to shout at least 2 words at the orb for the dragon to spawn. If you go through the Hall of Rumination, you can get above the orb. From here, only one shout is required to spawn the dragon. He also can only land in 2 locations and they are both right next to each other. I don't believe he can take off again but I may be wrong.
50: Kind of unrelated but Grelod the Kind only has 1 health and killing her does not incur any bounty whatsoever.
55: I think each NPC has a dedicated spot and container in the Hall of the Dead or wherever the urns/coffins go to.
56: Malborn is the NPC that gets you into the party at the Thalmor Embassy for the quest Diplomatic Immunity. If he survives, you can complete another quest for him by killing an assassin. After that, he will flee Skyrim and be disabled from the game.

More useless facts:
1: The containers next or near to the ledger in all businesses are called “Strongbox” whereas those containers found elsewhere in the world are called “Strong Box”.
2: In Helgen, in the corner of the courtyard in front of the two doors to Helgen Keep, there is an archery target with an iron arrow poking out of the head. This arrow has a damage of 1 rather than 8, like a normal iron arrow, and you can not pick up this iron arrow. If you instruct your follower to pick it up, it will disappear but not be in their inventory.
3: In the game, coin purses are technically ingredients/plants and the “ingredient” you collect when you take the coin purse is gold.
4: The orb you interact with in Kagrenzel is named “Orbby”.
5: In Helgen Keep, the room with the potions is called the Storeroom and the room with the oil pool and the enemies with long bows is called the Pool Room.
6: During the first encounter with the Stormcloaks in Helgen Keep after following Hadvar, you can sheath your weapons and they will accept your yield and de-aggro you but not Hadvar.
7: You can bash ore veins to collect the resource and it's faster than swinging at the ore vein or playing the animation. You need at least 315 stamina as every bash costs 35 stamina and it takes 9 hit to deplete the ore vein.

The first time I played Skyrim I ran through the game without really stopping to take it all in. I started a new playthrough recently. Talking to almost every NPC, reading the books, and doing all the "miscellaneous" quests. It's been 15 hours and I haven't even left Whiterun yet! The game is just incredible.

The fact that these videos are still getting made 15 years after release is a statement on how great the game is...

For #6, I managed to find a similar effect as a kid by pissing off the Greybeards, getting to their courtyard, and letting them use the freeze shout on me while I stood at the edge of the cliff. Humorously, I'd often end up surviving anyways.
