The 35 was my first real! air rifle way back in 1986, I have to say it is without doubt, it is definitely iconic, I’ve owned and sold countless Springers, that is the only one I regret selling, in fact, I’m going to buy another one next week😂 to go alongside my highly tuned 99s👍🥂

Thank you for the derivation of the HW origin. My childhood wasn't massively different, we used to seek out & explore old air raid shelters in the '70's, and my first air-rifle was a brand new FWB124 I bought from my Saturday job at Woollies, in  '78. ps. the HW35K is still a brilliant, if not the BEST buy, for a new springer, today.

Great videos, I love a bit of nostalgia. I've got two 35's, love 'em. Original 45 trigger gaurd I'm thinking.  Happy shooting, Gary, Bristol.

Great Video...I bought my HW 35 in 1975..... I've never looked back and I'm probably a bit of an HW fan boy 😉  Keep up the great work

My first quality springer was also an  original model 45 . Always missed that rifle so just got one in .20. Your 35 is a beauty.

I love the HW 35! Mine is from the 80s It is Ambidextrouis and was from Scotland, I guess it was a Proctor,s gun from a Laird,s shoot! It is very smart! It needed no repair! It gave 12 ft pounds with Field Trial 14.8 gr Pelets by H&N. I have HW99s bought new! I have Feinwerbau 127  Brilliant and so accurate now it,s barrel does not droop! I haveHW77 with 25mm piston! WOW! That is accurate! And I have a 1956 Webley and Scott MK3 All in .22. Oh! The Webley is just so well made and Querky!  My favourite depends on the day! My range is 20 yards up hill about 20Degrees! I found Brazian "RIFLE" brand really as good as H&N.They all give 11 to 12 ft ilbs except the Webly which gets 8 ft ibs! HW 35K is over with light pellets!I use H&N 21Grn....I,m 78 EX Royal Navy Armourer 766-767-892 Squadrons. Yeovilton and HMS Ark Royal Live in Warton Lancs,

I’ve had a HW35 since 1999, my absolute favourite gun, would not part with it. Great video of a classic rifle 😀👍

I have three, a newish 35e 177 + scope, oldish 35e carbine 22 and a not so old or new 35 177 both open sights. They all shoot accurately and I love them. I also have a few other Weihrauch new and old just wonderful rifles.

Feinwerkbau 300s

I’ve had a 35k for a few months now. When I first had it I used to close the barrel silently like you demonstrated but I was getting accuracy problems, now I close it like in your shooting demonstration it has solved the problem. Have you heard of this before.

Hi, I just bought a 1980 single siderd safety catch model in quite nice condition but had so called been tuned. It was horrible to shoot so looked inside. A heavy square section spring and piston with an O ring so i sourced a used piston and fitted a 35 spring. Now the gun will not cock with either the old piston or replacement. Any suggestions what i have done wrong?. Many thanks.
