I love your videos, just a quick note. The Monte Grappa map isn't actually on the real Monte Grappa. It is however a real mountain pass pretty close to it, and that was in fact a theater of war. It's called Passo Falzarego, and its recreation in the game is astonishingly true to life

Battlefield 1 was a once in a generation type game when it comes to these operations. I learned and got even more interested in World War 1 thanks to them.

A secret group called The Black Hand unintentionally altering humanity's destiny through cataclysmic war and technological advancement sounds like some wild world building in a novel.

Man, i really loved Battlefield 1. Everything about this game was just amazing to me. I always got chills during the opening charges to new objectives. All the soldiers screaming, whistles going off, the music in crescendo, explosions and vehicles. Perfect atmosphere. Hasnt been recreated since

Please make a follow up taking about the fictional alternate outcomes of each opperation. It could be a very interesting thought puzzle for some of them.

maybe the narrator was talking about the Argonne Offensive, being the bloody offensive in us history, almost like she's a librarian or historian after WW1, maybe in the late 20s or early 30s

Don’t forget to about the mini operations. They’re only one battle, but they do still do a good job of showing the battle and giving perspective on it from both sides.

Haven't even started watching this video and I already know it's gonna be good

@magnus7153 11 months ago

Even though I know the historical outcome of all operations, I just enjoy the history behind the operation, especially explained by a YouTuber, a history teacher no less.

Request: can you make a video alternative outcomes of the operations or even the history of the shock operations?

Thank you once again and have a great day!

I'm happy you got back into BF1. Such a fantastic history lesson. Even WWII is talked about more and is essential. WWI is necessary as well. Even though it didn't change the world. It's still full of history.

I haven’t seen your battlefield video but I will after this. I always found it so interesting how these videos games are loosely based off real events and make a point of historical accuracy.

Absolutely legendary video man. I’ve been searching for something like this for a really long time and you delivered to top notch quality. Every time I get back into the intense gritty atmospheric WW1 operations of battlefield 1 I itch to dive into the history of them more to scratch my history itch. Never found a good video, but here, maaan. Here it is
