One time I was on a pretty long flight and I was using a stuffed animal I bought as a pillow and a kid tried to grab it, and got very upset at me when I said don’t do that and then the parent got mad at me for not letting their kids steal my pillow. I think kids should be able to be on airplanes because family vacations are great memories for me, but it’s very frustrating sometimes when there’s a small kid near you on a plane. Parents need to control their walking tax write-offs

Once I had to sit on a 6 hour flight next to a woman with a newborn who shrieked like a banshee for the whole flight, it was miserable. But the poor mother was a mess the entire time, frantically rocking and trying to soothe to no avail, and I could tell she was terrified I was going to be angry. I feel so bad for people like her when there are such crappy parents out there who don’t care at all. I’m happily child-free but I’m not gonna be upset at noise as long as I can tell the parent is trying! She was definitely more unhappy than I was lol

nothing will piss off an entitled parent more than seeing people without kids having a good time lol

Someone sits on me? Oh no, my Standard Issue Anxious Bouncy Leg just finished charging. I guess they're gonna be the toddler playing horsey if they stay here!

The reclining debate sums up whats wrong with society. A greedy corporation leaves passengers no leg space and theyre attacking each other over it.

I have two high energy kids who have been on several planes throughout their lives, but they have never been allowed to behave like this.

The way men recline their seats violently to max depth, I had my water spill all over me last flight. I think etiquette is to check behind then recline halfway, especially on long flights, which they all are from Australia.

My 3 year old kicked the seat in front of him ONCE. I immediately grabbed his foot and did that stern whisper voice and said “you will NOT be that kid” haha. Thankfully he listened and didn’t do it after that

15:09 letting the kid lie down on a stranger, recording her AND posting it like what the hell are we doing gang

You're a parent. You know your kid is sitting with you on the plane. You feel the kid moving and hear them too. AND YOU CAN'T JUST GET THEM TO SIT DOWN AND ENTERTAIN THEM IS WILD!!

I think a trying parent wouldnt film their kids tantrums or crying. A bad parent will.

Child-free flights would sell like crazy

@thefrogstitties 8 months ago

15:21 the fact that this kid was comfortable enough around strangers to LIE DOWN ON THEM tells me that his parents really don't care what happens to him. If I woke up to find someone else's kid on me, i would react like there's a spider on my face, but some people would think "oh! A defenseless young child for me to help myself to in any of a number of ways? Don't mind if I do!"

i can’t the grown ass woman sitting on her lap is insane 😭

The age regression a large amount of people go through the moment their feet cross the threshold into the airport lobby could be the subject of many a psychological study.

36:33 the seat thing is also a safety/emergency thing, as someone who hates flying, I'm overly aware that you are supposed to sit in your assigned seat, because should something terrible happen, and there is no other way to identify you, they will identify you by your seat number
