Thanks for the weekly reminder Wanhee.

Prediction for next week: how to build a lean/aesthetic body in 2026 😎

Just look at the difference between 2020 and 2025...you are 5 years older but look 10+ years younger!  0:49

The “holy water” analogy was disrespectfully accurate 😂
Also: 3 foods / 3 people / 3 activities to cut + 2–3 lifts/week (not January gym-spam) is the most realistic 2026 reset I’ve heard.

I love the last point. There is such a thing as being too close to something. A healthy distance is important, including when it comes to goals. But also, I notice a lot of fitness content out there that talks about how the hate the old version of themselves and how much they love the new "fit" version they are today. For me, I find that as a very damaging point of view. Part of being healthy is having a healthy mindset of who you are, who you were, who you will be. It was that old version of you that got you were you are today and who you are today will get you to where you will be in the future. So love and be grateful for all of it. I don't hate my old body. I'm grateful it told me it wasn't feeling well. I'm so grateful for who I was. I wouldn't be here with out it.

I appreciate you wholistic view on these topics. Started with the Aesthetic Body Blueprint in March 2024 and live continues to get better as I've continued to invest in my health. I'm grateful for you contribution Wanhee.

I remember being dead broke in college. I was at my healthiest because I worked out in my own apartment and stayed clean. I lost so much weight

0:28 My body, my temple. 👊🏻

Thanks wanhee 😊🔥

I ¨train ¨a little everyday , interest compounds , a little everyday makes a lot at the end of the year .

Realy good, not just fitness also a lot about mindset and life. Love your vids, greetings from germany

Your last point is genuinely so important.  If you’re at peace with yourself in this moment your goals will just suck you in.  You’re no longer doing them because you have to but because you simply want to.

My body is a temple: old, cursed, haunted, a ruin 😂

Lo e your channel. Thanks.

Hi Wanhee, thanks for all the videos ! What about making a video with a focus on bulking clean ? I want to gain muscle mass whereas most of your videos talk about caloric deficit.

I don't go to events. The event is in my kitchen lol
