I don't watch Alton Brown to learn how to cook.  I watch Alton Brown to learn how to make good choices before I even start cooking.

I would argue that this is his peak form.

He has by far the best cooking show on YouTube. It's almost like he's been doing this for decades or something.

Definitely loving the longer, more in depth format. Thanks Mr. Brown!

I love how this new show has a similar vibe to Good Eats! I've been watching him like crazy recently.

I love that Alton does his opening monologues with visual aides in a physical folder book. Most people would use motion graphics for that, so this adds a particular character to these videos that I really enjoy 😊

I worked with an ex poultry inspector. He told me if you aren't buying a whole chicken...the rest of the bird was diseased and went on the dogfood conveyor.
