Never, never lose the cinema.   The vault bit is worth the effort.  Happy 4th.

I absolutely love how Alton is running this youtube channel.  It's like a reboot of good eats, but he's fully in control. I grew up with Alton and this feels more personal!!!

The mandolin lockup chamber is pure Alton.  Love it.

I love that you’re going back to your old humor. I really enjoyed the production value of the mandolin segment, it was fun to watch and it made me smile.

Food Network is dead.
Long Live Alton Brown Cooks Food !

Honestly, I like the chewing sounds and I'm not afraid to admit it.

the only cooking channel where I care about the endless ranting the same amount as the food he is preparing
my teachers in school tried so hard to captivate my attention with nerdy subjects like Alton does so casually

I think this series will be saved by people for years to come.

I love that you actually showcase how dangerous mandolins can be, so many "foodtubers" recommend them like they're any other knife

I too have given flesh to the mandoline. Heavy respect. Quick, efficient, Bloody.

Watching Alton in my 40s on YouTube, with that classic Good Eats vibe, has healed something within my soul. Takes me back to my early 20s. Good times. Alton Brown forever.

I appreciate you, never change. I get to watch these videos with my children now and I can't tell you how awesome that is for me.

As someone who sliced off the tip of his middle finger on a mandolin just last fall I appreciate this very elaborate public service announcement.

The lighting smile on the side of the boston bean pot is ... chef's kiss 😀

Saturday morning with AB...  Happy 4th!

I've slowly given up watching all cooking shows except this one.  So unusual to see such a professional (chef, entertainer, writer, director, comedian, professor, etc, etc) go the extra mile on youTube.  It's genius and delightful and informative and personal and so funny.  Alton also qualifies as chef I'd most like to meet / get drunk with.  Long may it continue.

Wow, to get almost 50k views in less than 5 hours...

We definitely needed valuable content on this platform again, and Alton brought it.

Anyone notice at 19:50 that the Boston Baked bean pot is evilly grinning at us?

I bought a chainmail glove at a ren faire for using my mandolin.

I may not care for or even enjoy two of these dishes (coleslaw and potato salad... or anything within that genre of "salad"), but still I watch because I like this content.
