Bill Burr - Black Friends, Clothes & Harlem I Peruvians First Time Reaction

Canon Event

This time on Canon Event, we react to Bill Burr "Black Friends, Clothes & Harlem", a clip from one of his classic comedy specials. It was our first time watching this set and it genuinely caught us off guard with how funny and sharp it is.

What we love most is how comedy gives us a window into American culture, especially when some of the situations and observations feel surprisingly similar to things we experience back in Peru. That connection through humor is always fascinating to explore.

This is also our first Bill Burr reaction on the channel, and it happened thanks to your recommendation. So to our People of the World, keep the comments coming and keep suggesting your favorite videos for us to react to. We are always listening.

I'll be 49 in 2months. Ever since I was around 14 Conan has been my favorite. His YouTube channel is really funny too!!😂

This was done around 2005 and he's a no filter comedian, he's very truthful and like most successful ones, toes the line between offensive and hilariously observant

i am black, and i love this, he is spot on about our culture. You may have recalled that he was in the skit you two reacted to, "Race draft" with Dave Chappelle. He was a regular on Dave's show, and they are good friend. He is also happily married to a beautiful black woman, and they have to children together. I love you two reacting to comedy together. I can't get enough of you. I am amazed that you are Peruvians, but you understand the jokes so well, when some Americans don't get the same joke.

Just in case you guys didn't realize, Bill Burr was also on the Dave Chappelle's Racial Draft.

I’m from the USA and lived through the 60s. The name for African people was negro, meaning black. The N word was a racial slur indicating a reference to slavery. Then they were called black, then African American. People are people. I do enjoy understanding peoples’ ancestry. It’s history and interesting.

It’s a little late coming to your channel but I hope you know that joke about going to meet a girl in the dead of night is based on a real event and that girl is actually his wife now.

Comedy can hurt but, like all arts, it helps broaden our minds. In Argentina we said "Grone". there was a lot of reverse slang, 'poti' Feca' etc... Lots of love to Lima...
