Scotland has more geological features in a smaller area than anywhere else on Earth. It's a wonderful country and you will need at least 2 weeks just to get a feel for the place.

And the water, straight from the tap is better than any bottled water. I moved back to Scotland after a few years in England and Florida, being able to not only drink, but thoroughly enjoy the water out the faucet is a true luxury.

They didn't mention Skara Brae in the Orkney Islands. It has Houses that are a lot older than The Pyramids.

The whisky that evaporates from the barrels, as it ages, is called the angels share.

Pure Scottish wildcats are totally different from domestic cats. They are a larger different species. I once had the privilege of seeing one up close. It had been reared by hand, it's mother was killed by a car and a vet rescued a surviving cub. My friend and his wife raised it into adulthood. It was the size of a small dog, it's coat was very thick, reminiscent of rabbit fur. Huge Paws. Very different

They never even mentioned that the Corryvreckan whirlpool, north of Jura, is the 2nd largest whirlpool in the world. Come on now! 🤣🤣

I have just come back from Scotland last week. I’m British and live in England. I visited Skye for the first time ever, simply stunning!

Holy shit he got it right, he called it Shetland rather than "The Shetlands" 10/10

The Lismore limestone is more than half a billion years old, much older than those Skye reefs.

Every time you do a Scotland video, it makes me unreasonably proud. I keep saying you need to come. I live right on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and I'd love to see you here.

Getting to Skye and back from Glasgow or Edinburgh would be an overnight stay. Hundreds of miles may seen small by US standards, but past Glasgow or Dundee there are no freeways except the A90 to Aberdeen.

To me the most interesting geographical fact about Scotland is that the mountains of the Highlands and the Appalachians used to be one single mountain range before the tectonic plate shift split them apart

No joke we have the best drinking water in the world. Straight from the tap every time. Love from Scotland guys to you and your family x

The main reason for Red Squirrel numbers in Scotland isn't to do with a virus, it's because we have a healthy population of Pine Martens who hunt Grey Squirrels for food. They are much easier for Pine Martens to catch than the Red Squirrels due to them being slower and heavier. Where I live you don't see any Grey Squirrels at all as we have Pine Martens living here.
