Let the End Times come for mod updates.

Best part of the patch is that turn times should be around 30% faster after the patch. CA said on reddit

Venris is about to be working around the clock to update SFO by Christmas 😭

I'm looking a bit ahead but it would be great if CA releases the tool for modders to create new mid or end game scenarios. Unless they have some plans in-house ! But a scenario for the Empire called Hammer-time because suddenly the elector counts decided to shift gears. Or a Crusade by the Bretonians, etc.
And tbh, it would be much better if the mid-game scenarios were the results of some sort of race victory condition so the player could work against it instead of just waiting idly for a countdown.

ANYWAY ! Looking forward to try my hands on the new and old content in 9.0. Wishing everyone to have an excellent long weekend 😊

Lore of vampires was only getting a visual rework and it's included in 9.0, it's only the nehekara stuff thats delayed.

6:15 as i remember at the last siege of the end times (not when the allies attack archaon) , when the chaos attacks the last fort there are beastmens aswell in archaons forces...

I'm also very curious about Update 9.1 regarding Siege Battles. I hope it will be worth it, but since we're also seeing new maps for Siege Battles in Update 9.0, I believe it will turn out well. We just need to add the option—or at least the ability—to move ranged units onto the ramparts, such as cannons and the like.

in regards to reddit being point of communication:
not everyone has a total war fourm account and their numbers must show them that reddit is the most accessible place for the largest portion of their users who also happen to be some of the biggest fans (while not always positive about it) of the game.

Very nice review. I'm looking forward to the patch and DLC. I'm most excited for the Chaos stuff like the Endgame Scenario and Archaon. Playing as the Everchosen, uniting the various Chaos factions, and bringing about the End Times is gonna be so much fun.

It'd be nice to get a Greenskin end game scenario, as well as an ordertide end game scenario

I hope after this patch they will finally work on the core mechanic: corruption, AI, sieges, new maps, vassals, relations, BRETONNIA.

with every campaign LL having their down victory conditions - i really wish they'd bring back the completion achievements for each LL, feel it adds to the completionist replayability.
