Hi guys I motor home through Europe and two sites I stayed at were the Alliance Stadium Munich and the Europa Stadium Freiburg. Both venues were excellent value for money and are always busy. There’s a need for a site like this in Glasgow and Celtic Park is ideally positioned for. This is a way to maximise your footprint and bring in much needed revenue.

Speaking from experience (even club media is limited) you only get the first 10-15 minutes of a training session to film ... they usually just do basic warm up drills and yeah rondos .. rondo allows the manager to watch the touch under pressure ... and it's a reasonable exercise to get the lungs pumping. Now I would like to know of the coaches we have .. which one is assigned to the fitness drills AND are they qualified ? Usually when a manager enters the club from outside (this has been my experience working for over 15 years or so with FC Porto anyway ... and observing various other clubs especially in Portuguese football) the manager will bring his Assistant (someone who can liaise with the club coaches to implement the managers tactical instructions to improve the coaching sessions) a Goalkeeper coach (again someone who understands the managers methods regarding playing out etc ) a fitness coach (especially if the system demands a higher level of fitness) and a game analyst (someone who understands the managers instructions and can indicate after training with data .. the players at the club who can fit /or can't fit the system)
These will then work in tandem with the various club coaches .. Usually 1 or 2 ex players are involved BUT rarely are they in charge of the training itself but assist (unless of course the Assistant that came with the Manager is an Ex player)

We could’ve had some work done on the training ground like other clubs opted to do. Regardless of how many were away in international duty. But part-time Celtic took some holidays. Which is essentially opting to stand still while everyone else runs on the starting pistol.
It’s abysmal.
This season will be over soon.

Only catching up now..... it would be roy keane, because these players need someone they respect to kick start them, and Lennon is not a world fans name for the non Scottish or Irish lads

Not sure Keano would leave his media roles for an assistant manager or coach role until the end of the season. Maybe if there was an agreement he takes over when MON leaves. We need a forward-thinking, modern team. No kore jobs for the boys.
