The knee's "sac" (suprapatellar bursa) acts like a caterpillar, sliding under the skin and muscle when bending and straightening the knee. If this bursa becomes adhered and stiff, the caterpillar gets stuck, causing friction and pain within the joint with every movement. By reconditioning this bursa and enhancing its gliding properties, the "tightness" felt when bending the knee disappears and pressure within the joint dramatically decreases. First, create "room for movement" in your knee and prepare to avoid pain!
Hello! I'm Yohei Takahashi, therapist and director of "Reha fit studio."
・Judo Therapist
・Warm-up Advisor
・Judo Therapist Training School Instructor
I post videos explaining the causes of knee pain and providing exercises, stretches, and massages to improve it. Proper exercises will help you "reactivate unused muscles." This will also improve "muscle flexibility" and "expand your joint range of motion," making movement easier! Let's work hard together!
I aim for about two updates per week.
