Luxury means… The car interrupts you constantly and you lose your train of thought.

Hey Roman, i enjoy your reviews but I have an idea for any time you review a Mercedes going forward. When you first turn the car on, make it your standard practice to turn off the “Hey Mercedes” listening ear before anything else. Then don’t turn that feature on again until you’re ready to video a demo. Or to ask it any R-rated questions. 😊

I just ordered a 2027 GLE 450.  This will be my fourth Mercedes, started with a 2008 ML 320 Cdi.  Then a 2012 ML 550 with a biturbo V8 and then a  2016 GLE 350d.  All of them have been excellent, problem free vehicles.  Really looking forward to the flat six engine in the 450.  I tow a boat and utility trailer and all of my previous models were excellent for towing as well as long road trips.  Huge range with the large tank, very comfortable seats, great stereo systems, etc.  I enjoyed the diesels with torque all day but with the price of diesel these days I'm not sure I would order one even if they offered it.

The backend has a happy face

I know the G wagon kinda has its own space, but I think if MB made this or a new model almost as boxy as the G it would do really well especially since it would likely be a bit more affordable than the G.

Pretty crazy when a Kia Telluride/Hyundai Palisade have a nicer/ more luxurious interior than this Merc3des

$115k to $125k starting price.

The 2026 looks better. Interior about the same but that exterior especially the front looks too bubbly, kinda cartoonish with that grill, etc

Mercades press release says all GLS come with  a low rage gear reduction, is it buried in the off road modes?

That was awkward...

So much for discrete…96 MB stars…okay…flat crank V8 - interesting.

Off road test

Mercedes have become a lesser Mercedes in the last 5 to 10 years, this now translate to the GLS. Hideous in and out and way too digital.

I remember when Mercedes were stately.

My wifes car has no idea about reverse cow girl.

“I like the drive selector”, yet Hyundai and many other has similar stalk, but the homer Roman, only likes Cheeps and Benz. Now, how about the Dodge symbols all around. Looks like the Dodge EV logo. 😂 My half priced vehicle has smarter technology, doesn’t annoy with beeps and bongs. 😂 Premium doesn’t mean better. Looks like MB took the Mazda route of steering wheel horn /airbag. 😂 MB gives you a choice with touchscreen, a dated touchpad. For $120k. Pass. Silly. Nonsensical nonsense technology. Edit. Edit.

Not enough stars on this vehicle...
Pre facelift ❤❤❤❤❤
Still looks better than the BMW x7

You could buy two Model Y L's for the price and drives for you (for real). No gas stations, oil and brake changes, etc. Tesla doesn't have cup heater/coolers though, so maybe that's worth it.

What happens if you are a no internet to connect to the cloud on that suspension

It’s a station wagon. Call it what it is
