It would be great if you guys did a You Tube Video on the Lindemann Woodnote BRIDGE Pure digital streaming transport and compare it to the Eversolo T-10, Matrix Audio - TT-1 or more expensive streamers that you guys did in the past!

I dont see anything with this that would make me think its a marked improvement over the T8.

A very good and balanced review. Well done! For those that are interested in the difference in sound quality between the T8 and T10, wait for Hans Beekhuysen to rewiew the T10.

You mention Cyrstek in the T8 while showing Accusilicon clocks. Eversolo does not use Crystek, it's LAiV that uses Crystek clocks

Note, the 24 mhz clock is almost certainly dedicated for USB controller.  10 mhz must be used as a clock reference frequency for a DDS system creating other frequencies, typically the Ethernet part will need 25 mhz or 50 mhz.  DDS chips have gotten so good, they synthesize other frequencies without adding significant phase noise!  A 10 mhz reference will have lower phase noise than a higher frequency xtal; note that phase noise scales as clock frequency rises.  So, a 10 mhz reference + a DDS outputtting 25 mhz can outperform a native 25 mhz xtal based clock.

The alternative to buying better and better streamers all the time is to buy a DECENT streamer with USB out and feed it through an excellent DDC.  I’m using an SMSL N100 streamer, which sounds very good on its own, and I feed it to the new Gustard U26 DDC.  The U26 also has an external clock input should that ever become necessary.

Now if I want a streamer with a better interface (the N100 is as basic as they come) I buy the streamer I like to use, rather than the one that sounds the best. 😊

Interesting that Eversolo is launching the C10 clock.  I can’t find specifications for it, but Gustard is also launching their C26 clock soon and it’s claimed to have an impressive phase noise spec of -118dB/1Hz.  It will be interesting how the C10 compares.

Oh, shiny new Eversolo T10!   Yes, take my card.    6 Months Later:  What?   They just released the T10 Master Edition.  Dammit.

The key input that a audiophile is keen to know  is unfortunately missing. Is the T10 better than the T8 in audio terms that came out very recently. Also is the almost double price tag justified. The T8 is already a great streamer both in terms of its features, has isolated USB out, I2S , SPDIF and also has the SFP network option. The clock on most higher range DAC’s are reclocked and given that the quality of the clock on the T8 is  already decent enough it’s not a significant upgrade in my opinion. So all else being equal  ? I suspect T8 is a better choice and the extra money is better spent elsewhere.

Switching from  WiiM Pro Plus    streaming  with external LPS (and external DAC) to Denafrips ARCE streamer, was an amazing improvement in sq.

Perhaps I bit late to ask but as you recently reviewed the T10 I wanted to ask (as I own the T8… is there any way I can circumvent the annoying badge that reads “Wake-up using WOL’ that continually pops up on the screen? I’ve tried removing such notifications with success except this one keeps showing. I like my T8 but would love it if it didn’t have so many software quirks. I just felt like your the guy in the know regarding these details. Appreciate it eaither way 👍

But does it have a 10MHz Rubidium clock in an oven. 10.000,000,00 accuracy =/- 2 counts phase noise. This will make the music so so much better.

I'm sticking with my T8. It's good enough for me. I'm not playing that game. By the end of the year .... T6 and T8 master edition. Thank you for the video brother.

Why bother about a user interface if you use your phone or tablet for the same controls?

I own the T8, and really do not see myself running out and grabbing a T10. I already use the LHY AS6 with my external clock and the Corning Glass cable w/ Finisar SFP modules, along with the LHY UIP USB isolator and clocker using the Aune SC1 EVO 10mhz clock, which is made by the same company that makes the $5000 Matrix clock, the units are darn near identical. The Aune SC1 EVO is worth a look. I need to try a Gabster clock, and that TODN USB cable is actually very good, especially with the T8, which to my ear can get a bit harsh in the top end, the TODN tends to take that edge off vs my pure silver USB cable.
