The “and I think it’s working” line gets me every time 🥹

Fun lore fact for people who don't know:

Bean is the bird on the logo.

Maya has motion, so it's probably well known now, but if you didn't, the more you know.

Also shout-out to the person who didn't believe Bean existed and accidentally helped jumpstart this!

The next big conservationist name is Maya Higa. May she take place among those she is inspired by

I hope Maya realizes that for a lot of young people, she IS going to be or already is their Steve Irwin.

Maya did absolutely fantastic. I am so proud of her.

I remember the “scuffed pokimane” clip lol

Every single damn time the standing ovation gets me. 😭😭

I literally cry every time I see this. Maya is an absolute ROCKSTAR and I truly believe she will be talked about along with Steve, David, and Jane, one day. She is doing it big and seems to be doing it right. I am so happy someone like her is out there helping our animals. The creator sees what she is doing for mother Earth and our cousins the animals. Maya is the goat.

I love how this is getting everyone interested in TED too, like I'd love to see big Youtubers start attending Ted Talks with CEOs, and more often giving talks in the future.

Maya Higa WILLchange the world and She will get Nobel Prize for her work, someday. I am sure of it.

8:10 So did Maya's funnily enough! She was able to keep reacting on Twitch though.

She is such an incredible human nut even regarless of that she did such an amazing job at this ted talk❤
