They took his dream career & his community. Then they tried to destroy his reputation...All because he liked a Vtuber. In July 2026, the internet began a massive witch-hunt which demanded the game developer, Phisnom, be exiled form the community. His crime? Simping over an indie virtual ghost maid named Mint Fantôme.

But there is a hidden, much darker side of this situation. From the crushing pressure of developing Five Nights at Freddy's Plus, to a terrifying multi-year psychological war with an unhinged stalker, this is the nightmare that the internet completely ignored.

Today, we will be looking at the bizarre and unfiltered story of Phisnom and how a wholesome VTuber triggered the internet's most absurd cancellation.
Watch the video to find out everything.

honestly so happy to see Phis getting defended by someone. hes been harassed for years for dropping that fnaf fangame and every year those ghouls get more vile with false accusations and bullying
hope he finally becomes free within v tuber community after the debut

Even IF Mints model was indisputably a child, the assumption that someone's interest in her is immediately sexual and fetishistic is insane

If loving Mint is a crime, lock me up right now 🙏

Him saying "the most terrifying thing is people having expectations of you" is genuinely so real and I relate to that heavily. The constant anxiety that goes hand and hand with content creation due to this insane mindset that you need to be perfect at all times has made it so so stressful, and the people who expect perfection make it even worse.

Also I'm so tired of people infantilizing petite adult women and equating petite women to *children*, which honestly says a lot about the people who equate grown adults to children and making it a s*xual thing. But I'm literally 5'1.5 and flat chested at almost 30 so why are people equating my body type to a child?

phis refuse to bow down to the crazy hate mob and actually strive to become better is one of the main reason why i respect him as a vtuber so much, this video also gave me more insight about his past that im not familiar with (esp the stalker situation), thank you rima 💚

This situation especially upsets me regarding his friend Pastra. Pastra was initially beginning to hate Mascot horror stuff due to the toxicity of the community. He stopped making videos about mascot horror and started moving away from it. Earlier this year, he decided to let his frustrations go and embrace his love for the genre again. He made a FNAF Revisted video doing a modern review/retrospective on the game. The series continued with FNAF 2, 3, and 4. A Revisited for Sister Location was in production I believe. After this whole incident where not only people attack Phisnom, but attack Pastra for defending him, Pastra officially removed himself from the community. There will be no more plans for mascot horror content on his channel. All mascot horror content such as Poppy Playtime, and even his FNAF videos were all unlisted. The Revisited series was cancelled as well. The guy started to hate the community and decided to put it aside to embrace what he loved and now he's probably more against it than ever before. All because terminally online people on Twitter can't distinguish fiction from reality.

I saw somebody in chat mention "parasocial hate" ... yeah, that sounds about right, unfortunately ... and good insight into the accusers' psychology in the video itself

its honestly so sad that "Twitter is toxic" has become "water found in ocean"

I didn't know the extent of this Stalker's harrassment, or how connected it was. To think that people acused him of "fishing for sympathy" when he brought it up in the apology is so horrible.

As a Gen Z, I’ve basically learned to just not even engage in online drama and stay pretty much completely mute (there have exceptions like the Vshojo incident but very few beyond that) because I don’t want to frame the wrong people while at the same time I don’t want to mistakenly defend the wrong people.

@IronVigilante451 1 month ago

When I heard the alligarions without context, I'll admit I was a bit shaken. "Ban the Minors", anti-parasocial, Leon Loving Phisnom did that? Then I looked at the issue... and it's him fangirling over a V-Tuber... Thank you for explaining this situation. Bro deserves his breaks.

I feel like Pastra got the short of the stick from this whole nothing-burger fiasco.
People called him nasty things just because he was friends with someone that they don't like while bringing his past drama/fuck ups (despite the fact that Phil has apologized for it and took effort to become a better person).
Then those same people proceeded to double down on the harassment just because Pastra didn't take their words at face value and throw Phil under the bus.

Neither of them deserved to receive any harassment from this, but I feel like people went harder on Pastra for no good reason.

@GamerGod353 1 month ago

the moment you said fnaf community immediately i knew how vile these people bashing at just one person is going to be like.

Horror fans are either the most chill people and open minded people that have great interest in various arts, or completely hell bent on using the content as reference on how to track down even the tiniest sign of real life examples no matter the nuance behind it. I've hardly seen an in between.

@LeoTempest 1 month ago

I was so taken aback by that whole situation, the amount of both self reporting and bad faith comments left on his original tweet was really something else entirely.

@SkeleSukei 1 month ago

I hate people who muddle the meaning of ‘predator’ so much. We’re gonna cannot conflate that to shit like this or it won’t mean as much or feel as severe of an accusation as it is

@yoruvtuber_esp 1 month ago

I get it now, why famous people tries to be most reserved as possible.

@nubbyderg 1 month ago

You know what? I didn't like Phisnom for his toxic persona, but I didn't realize it stemmed from a fear of misguided connection. I realize that I might have been emotionally immature about him and I'm honestly happy that he's moved on to something he seems to enjoy.

@Moonlight_Lotus87 1 month ago

I remember seeing the drama about Mint on tiktok and getting worried something awful happened, but no one wanted to explain it properly and I realized cause it was something stupid they were riding on. Being able to see the full story here was enlightening and frustrating cause it's so dumb lmao.

Twitter is just pulling teeth and I'm so happy I left.
